Very quiet and cosy pension. Friendly and efficient staff. Moraas is not far from the castle Ludigslust and the beautiful city of Schwerin. Rather high noise level of the kitchen ventilation? . |

When we arrived the hotel looked exactly like the pictures. Pleasant location in lovely gardens. Inside and the room were okay. We choose this hotel because of reviews and facilities offered. Harley Davidson bike hire and cycling and riding. This was our first visit to East Germany We asked about Harley Bike Hire and told by owner that is was not lavailable it was old website, hadn't done it was a while.Bathroom - would have expected a hairdryer.Evening meal was very nice when eventually served (waited 10 mins to order then another 20 mins before it arrived).Room unable to leave balcony door open as it was shared with the next room also the road noise vehicles passing by throughout the night.Worst was breakfast no variety,no chiller so food was sat on tables uncovered and swamming with flies.After a long very hot day we were refused a drink of any kind at 9.10 pm as no customers in restaurant.Not very good for our first visit to East Germany. |

Sehr freundliche Umgebung, familiäre Atmossphäre, sehr sauber, schöne Umgebung, relativ gute Küche Frühstücksbufett könnte etwas mehr lokale Dinge aufweisen, zB Marmelade aus der Region etc gilt auch für Speisekarte Frühstück bis 11 wäre auch schön |

Der Heidehof Moraas liegt abseits von Hauptstraßen und Städten, dadurch ist es dort sehr ruhig. Die Reetgedeckten Gebäude, der kleine See und die Gartenanlage ist geeignet für Familien mit Kindern in Aktivurlaub und Leute die sich nach Ruhe sehnen. In der familiären, persönlichen Atmosphäre kann man sich sehr schnell wohlfühlen. Das Bad war sehr klein, hat unseren Ansprüchen aber genügt. Wenn man allerdings länger als zwei Tage bleibt, sollte es etwas größer sein. |

Nette und freundliche Atmosphäre. Guter Service. Gute und schmackhafte Küche. Das Hotel bietet sehr viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Rad-, Wander- und Städtetouren in die Umgebung. Nein. Es gab keine Beanstandungen. Vielleicht eine kleine, kaum nennenswerte Nebenerscheinung. Die Schliessanlage (Zimmerschlösser) erfordert zu Beginn fast einbrecherische Fähigkeiten. |
