The Staff are very friendly,nothing is too much trouble for them.The Food is Basic but well cooked and presented.The Hotel Rooms are spotless.The Hotel is ideally situated to visit Hanover,Bremen,Hamburg,and Luneberg Heath. No Complaints as such about the Hotel..one small beef is that the Hotel backs on to a builders yard so there was a small amount of noise in the day time and early evening.Other than this no problems.

Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Abendessen war hervorragend ;-) Fernseher zu klein, kein Föhn, portionierte Duschgel Tüten zu wenig :-(

Das Essen war gut. Unsere Buchung lag dem Hotel nicht vor. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr kalt, trotz dann aufgedrehter Heizung.Wir hatten die ganze Nacht gefroren. Im Bad war überhaupt keine Heizung vorhanden.Die WC-Brille war mit einer Schnur fest gebunden.Die Dusche war in einem miserablen Zustand. Keine Spur von Gemütlichkeit. Wir hatten eigentlich für 2 Tage gebucht, sind aber sofort am nächsten Morgen ausgezogen. Der reinste Reinfall. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Labas Brokastis , bet šajā viesnīcā esmu jau otro reizi , brokastīs gaidīju ko savadāku , vienveidīgas . Priekš ziemas sezonas cenas varēja būt lētākas .

Alles in allem ein nettes kleines Hotel, schon bisschen älter und bisschen abgewohnt aber für unseren Zweck völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut , es wurde immer zügig nachgelegt und wir wurden alle satt. Der Teppich in Zimmer 11 hatte einige Flecken wo wohl mal einer was verschüttet hat, Bad bisschen klein und noch nen Wassermischer mit 2 Drehknöpfen.

Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Bedienung. Für nicht ganz großen Preis kann man ausreichend nötige Komfortpalette bekommen. Das Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Bett kaputt und mit Steinen notdürftig repariert, fleckige Handtücher, unsichere Zimmertüren die selbst ein Leihe mit einem Löffel (!!!) hätte aufknacken können und Fliegen beim und im Frühstücksbuffet.

Ved ankomsten følte vi os ikke specielt velkomne. Receptionisten havde ikke rigtig tid. Det samme gjorde sig gældende da vi rejste dagen efter, der blev ikke hilst arvel eller god tur. Hotelværlset lugtede gammelt, som om der aldrig bliver luftet ud.

our room was adequate, but noisy. there seemed to be a machine, maybe the heating system or a generator making a continuous buzz throughout the night. So not a very comfortable night.
