Ihre Bäder bedürfen einer Sanierung. Es wurde zwar versucht, Schimmelbildung mit dem Ausbessern der Silikonfugen entgegenzuwirken, aber dies sah optisch nicht gerade gut aus. Für Gäste, die gern mit dem Kopf etwas höher liegen möchten, wäre ein Ersatzkopfkissen angebracht.

Mit der Abreisezeit 11.00 Uhr hatte man Zeit zum ruhigen Frühstück. Unkompliziert bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, was ebenerdig lag. Das ursprüngliche Zimmer sollte im 2. Stock liegen und ohne Fahrstuhl hätte das ein Problem für uns dargestellt. Das Hotel ist schon etwas abgegriffen und mit 110 Euro für ein Doppelzimmer zu teuer. Bei Temperaturen unter 0' C hatten wir nur eine dünne Zudecke und einen Heizkörper im Zimmer. Im Bad war Schimmel an der Duschwand und an den Fliesen, die auch nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung waren. Der Frühstückskaffee war lauwarm und sicher schon Stunden vorher gekocht worden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war durchnittlich.

Flot beliggende på Lüneburger Heide. Fantastisk personale. Meget flot restaurant med gourmet mad og fin morgenbuffet. Gratis parkering og gratis internet.
