The location was good. 300M to the U-Bahn. Really big rooms. Nice restaurants in the area. Parking: 6 Euro/day. The carpet and the walls had stains and were dirty. The walls had holes in it. We had 2 rooms and one had ac, one hadn'T. Morning buffet was poor and it was served on the reception desk, because they dont have any place. I've seen many 2star hotels witch were way better. The tv had no remote control, it was fabricated in 1985 and it was too small. The rooms are big, but thats all. The hotel needs to be renovated.

Hotel Heidelberg is a great place to stay. We spent 2 nights in Berlin and it was such a great stay. The Hotel is in a good position, very close to subway, shops and restaurant. The room I stayed in (comfort double room) was huge, very bright, very comfortable bed and also had big couch and a balcony. The room and the bathroom were really clean. The staff at the hotel was super kind to us. I'll definitely come back here for my next trip to Berlin. 100% recomended!

The location in the quarter Charlottenburg was absolutely excellent, the breakfast buffet was quite good, nothing too special, but good. If you don't want to travel far for diner, the restaurant "Pasta & Basta" across the street to the left is an absolute recommendation, good Italian food, served by real Italians The hotel itself was quite old, with a closet almost falling apart and no curtains in the room itself.

I loved the extreme friendliness and personal assistance I received. The staff was extremely courteous, flexible and gave the stay a very personal touch. This is a great place to stay and I assume that there are not many places like this left. The location is fabulous, a 4 minute walk to the S-Bahnstation Savigny with great restaurants and one of the oldest Berliner Kneipen is just around the corner. Simply fabulous (coming from a German who visits Berlin on a regular basis).

Friendly and very helpful I booked a smoking room with a balcony and expected to smoke on the balconyv but the room did smell of smoke as if it hadnt been properly aired. Perhaps it was my faulr for not being clear when booking.

Room was very spacious and had even a balcony. Nice neighbourhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe downstairs gives a cozy note. Very convenient location close to individual shopping streets and artistic restaurants, centrally located only 1 stop away from the main Zoo station.

Good area with pleasant restaurants and bars. Cosy hotel with a very comfortable bed, clean and very friendly staff. Near the metro station, A bit too light in the room if you can not sleep with light.

An excellent hotel for our trip it was clean and comfortable with a large spacious room .The breakfast was excellent and the staff efficient and friendly. We would use this hotel in the future as it was within walking distance of a rail station with a direct link to the airport. The hotel was also well situated for our city visit and had lots of good restaurants nearby

FANTASTIC location, 5 minutes walk to; s bahn station, main shopping street, zoo etc. 15 Minute taxi ride to Tegl airport. 24 hour reception, lovely staff, great breakfast. Comfortable bed - highly recommend Although it is in quite a quite area, ask for a room at the front as there are several recycling bins out the back that restaurants tip bottles into at all hours of the day and night

Friendly and helpful hotel staff, big and clean bathrooms, large breakfast buffet from which you could eat as much as you want, convenient location close to Zoologischen Garten where lots of train and bus lines go by, Savignyplatz is full of restaurants. If the rooms had a wider screen tv, it would be better.

Big rooms. I was surprised that there was no fan for hair in the bathroom. Also the curtains in the room on first floor were too small to cover at least 1/4 of the window.
