Very good hotel, close to the University Klinik. Nice and clean room. Good breakfast and kind service. Nice view on the Neckar river. Quite a walk to the city center. Heidelberg hotels are expensive, in general. Considering this, Mariott offers good value for money. |

Easy to find/access. Great value for money. Speed radar flashing you (above 70) when you get close to Heidelberg although you still drive on an empty highway. Not quite the Marriott's fault but a little warning (for foreigners driving at night) wouldn't hurt. |

excellent bed/pillows, very good breakfast, friendly staff, free parking river view room was not worth its extra price, as the room was overlooking the roof of the restaurant with a glimp of river in the distance. About 20 minute walk to downtown, no restaurants or bars in the vicinity. Room a bit oldfashioned and bathroom definitely has had its best time. |

Hotel easily accessed from main motor route south with secure onsite parking. The beautiful old town was only a short taxi ride away. We especially enjoyed the executive lounge overlooking the river. |

The Staff were extremely helpful,the location on the River was lovely. I thought the Marriot was preferable to a Sheraton we stayed in at the beginning of the year in another area of Germany.Taxi is the best way to get into town. A small thing, the hairdyer wasn't working and I hadn't brought my own as it was just a weekend trip. |

Good quality and value Charge for Internet access. As of 2009, complimentary (or rather "included in the price") internet access should be a hotel industry standard, and hotels that haven't yet adopted this policy are simply behind the curve. |

Comfortable room, nice view of the river (if you manage to get the river side view), good restaurant, overall value for money. Check-in took a long time, I don't think its appropriate for the hotel to charge for WiFi. |

It will be better if they take in serious consideration gusts’ allergic problems. The hotel is very close to a river. In the evening I opened a window and thousands mosquitoes come inside the room. |

Very nice hotel with a very nice and comfortable bed. The breakfast was complete. The car parking is too expensive and you can't take other free park outside, I paid € 18 per day!! |

Very nice luxurious hotel We could not adjust the A/C in the room. that would be a big pluss.If one wanted to use the saouna you had to pay extra.No big deal, but you expect this to b free at a luxurios hotel. I had planned to use it buit lost my interest mostly because I would feel cheated. |
