Very friendly family runs this hotel. Service is nice. They don't even take tips left. A lovely little garden is in front of all rooms on the ground floor. Rooms are not ventilated constantly, so to remove excess moisture you'd better leave the window open for the day. This also causes problems with smoking (if previous guest smoked in his room, then smell may remain there upto few days). If it'd be fully non-smoking hotel, I love it! |

The breakfast service was well above average for typical city hotel, and the room we had was large, comfortable and very clean. It certainly exceeded our expectations. The taxi to the Altstadt cost 6 euro - can't beat that.... Nothing. I would highly recommend this hotel for people who need to be in either the Alstadt of Dusseldorf, or who have business in Flingern. |

Staff attention and services Bed too small, positon of tv ( can not be watched from bed), cabinet on the top of bathroom sink ( useless and it is on the way when you want to wash your face or clean your toothpaste from month), loo is to high on the wall ( it may be ok if you have very long legs) |

Desayuno y tamaño habitación correcto. Hotel senzillo (máx. 2 estrellas). Lavabo dividido, ducha y wc por un lado y la pica en la habitación! Situación T.V (imposible verlo desde la cama!). Lámpara rota en lavabo. En fin, bastante cutrillo! Además solicité habitación lejos de las escaleras y me pusieron justo al lado! |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein prima Frühstück, für dass wir leider viel zu wenig Zeit hatten. Die Belüftung des wc geschieht über ein Loch in der Wand zum Zimmer. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl - allerdings helfen die Mitarbeiter beim Tragen. |

Kleines, in familiärer Atmosphäre geführtes Hotel in fast zentraler Lage. In die Düsseldorfer Innenstadt geht man gemütliche 10-15 Minuten, die man aber auch mt der Tram zurücklegen kann, die fast vor der Tür hält. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und ausreichend und die Zimmer sind alle neu renoviert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren schon das dritte Mal zu Gast. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die unmittelbare Lage an der Grafenberger Allee: Die vorbeifahrnene Tram kann sehr laut sein. Die neuen, schallisolierenden Fenster sind aber super und bieten einen guten Lärmschutz |

Wij vonden het personeel ontzettend aardig. We waren te vroeg maar dat was geen probleem, even wachten, kopje koffie erbij. Het regende maar kregen meteen een paraplu aangeboden die we het hele weekend mochten lenen. hele gezellige ontspannen sfeer. Vond de kamer wel wat sober. Op de foto's staan mooie kamers. Die van ons was wat simpel. Verder was er niet geveegd/gezogen in de kamer. maar goed dat kan ook komen omdat ze ons snel in de kamer wilden kunnen laten gaan |
