The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Noice from the corridor and the parking lot woke us up quite a few times throughout the night.

The hotel was located close to Heidelberg, and that was convenient. This hotel charges for parking even though it's in a rural location next to a corn field with plenty of parking all around (not a tight metro area). There is no coffee in the room, and there is a charge for internet usage. These days, most hotels provide Internet access without charge. I really expected better from Holiday Inn.

The rooms were reasonably nice The room rate was only a portion of the actual cost to stay at the hotel. I think 8 Euros a day for parking and 17 Euros a day for internet is absurd when the rate for your hotel room only is comprable to like hotels that offer these amenities for free.

The front desk staff of the hotel was the bright spot of the stay. They were professional, multilingual, and helpful. I am a frequent traveler and honestly, I haven't come across a more professional group at the front desk. The room was adequate, a bit smallish, and the parking was a bit pricey for the area. Even with these two points noted, I would stay here again.

The hotel was what you can expect of a Holiday Inn. Everything in general was ok, but nothing special. A lot of individual business people, tourists to visit Heidelberg and us soldiers visitng the bar and terrace outside the hotel. No nice surroudings and a gas station nearby. I had to pay 1eur for 24 hours Internet , which I think is too expensive. Also eur 24 for 3 days parking is a little too much to my opinion.

Surprisingly good dinner for this hotel restaurant. And service was excellent as well, even though a later dinner.The internet package seemed fairly reasonable compared to other hotels we stayed at in Germany this week.

Good location, the rooms were clean and confortable and the staff very nice and polite. The breakfast was excellent. I believe that the hotel needs some renovation, the facilities are quite old: the TV is horrible and the air conditioning in the room was broken.

Sehr zentral gelegen, freundliche Rezeption, das Zimmer war klein aber sauber und modern eingerichtet. Außer im Bad, da hat es gemüffelt (Abfluss??).

Zeer goede ligging vlakbij autostrade en 10 minuutjes rijden met de wagen naar de binnenstad koffiezet op kamer zou tof geweest zijn of koffiemachine in de gang. Nu was daar enkel snoepautomaat en blikjes frisddrank
