Holiday Inn Heidelberg  

Staff was very friendly. My room was in mint condition and very clean. Location was fine - 5 min drive to the city center. Very affordable - cheap price compared to the other hotels in the area.

I rated the comfort of the room as good, however the temperature of the room was cold. I wanted to raise the temperatuer in the room but the climate control dial did not allow me to make any changes with the temperature setting. As well, I slept on a single bed which had a small down-dovet, which kept slipping off me while I slept. I could not aford to have my leg hanging out because the room was cold. The morning was very noisy (woke up to an idoling truck) because my room was located above the back enterance door. So I'm sure the truck was delivering something to the hotel. Lastly the hotel did not provide free WiFi - a ridiculius price - so stupid price that I didn't purchase it. Oh and parking...I had to pay for parking.

For a holiday inn hotel, this one looks really cheap, but it is really expensive, what I spent in that hotel on one night, I could spend it in two nights with breakfast and food in a hotel back in the states, you pay for everything.

Hotel really needs an update. Style in the rooms is from the early 80's Old tv which was missing plastic pieces dust on the desk, Parking eur 8,00 for parking in an Industry park?? Please remember if the room rate is low, a 4 star hotel still needs to provide the expectations of a 4 star hotel. A low roomrate is no reason to give bad rooms. It only means you need to update your hotel, or stop selling these rooms!.

The rooms were reasonably nice

The room rate was only a portion of the actual cost to stay at the hotel. I think 8 Euros a day for parking and 17 Euros a day for internet is absurd when the rate for your hotel room only is comprable to like hotels that offer these amenities for free.

It was good, not excellent, but good enough.

Too common, nothing special

The hotel was what you can expect of a Holiday Inn. Everything in general was ok, but nothing special.

A lot of individual business people, tourists to visit Heidelberg and us soldiers visitng the bar and terrace outside the hotel. No nice surroudings and a gas station nearby. I had to pay 1eur for 24 hours Internet , which I think is too expensive. Also eur 24 for 3 days parking is a little too much to my opinion.

Surprisingly good dinner for this hotel restaurant. And service was excellent as well, even though a later dinner.The internet package seemed fairly reasonable compared to other hotels we stayed at in Germany this week.

Hotel located next to highway, very practical.

Parking 8 euro, why? Breakfast 20 euro per person... way too expensive.

Limpeza do Hotel e Lugar para Happy Hour.

Wurde beim kauf der Heidelbergkarte schlecht beraten, (wollte eine 4 Tageskarte gm. Reception gibt es nur 2 Tageskarten akso musste 2 mal lösen, in der Info.Karte steht aber klar das es 2 und 4 tageskarten gibt, Dass das Frühstück sa so 10Euro und Mo-Fr 24Euro kostet ist nicht nachvollziebar. Hat mich und andere Gäste brüskiert, Für 24 Euro kann man in Heidelberg ein Grosses Mittagessen einnehmen
