Good Location Do not like "add on" mentality. Car parking and internet connection should be free for guests. Pillows to soft, almost insignificant support. |

Clean. Good price. Cot for our 20 month old was set up in the room and clean. 15m2 double rooms were sufficiently comfortable and large- even with baby crib. Appreciated the inner room door which allowed us to connect our hotel room to our second rented hotel room. Bed was hard. Front desk service while competent was not particularly helpful. While rooms appeared clean and updated, the hotel common spaces smelled stale and old. |

Lots of English speaking staff; the angled room arrangement was nice and seemed to provide a bit more space; you had washcloths! Several countries do not have washcloths, which is a real inconvenience. Liked having space in the little refrigerator to put personal items. Convenient parking. We would stay here again. Internet fees and breakfast was far too expensive. |

It was nice, neat and tidy. Adequate enough for our needs. Breakfast was an unbelieveable 20 Euros each. Obviously we didn't have any so I can't comment on the quality, but for that I want caviar. This is Holiday Inn not the Hilton. A bottle of still water in our room was 4.50. For water! |

The whole complex was clean, comfortable and well appointed - typical Holiday Inn brand whereby you get a reliable standard of service wherever you go. Staff were friendly, rooms had aircon and breakfast was first-class. Possible lacking in atmosphere but then that's not what you book a Holiday Inn for, is it? |

The price was relevantly cheap and all the interiors were pretty good. It was way too far away from the main city. Without cars, you can't go anywhere. |

The rooms are very clean. The internet access is very expensive in my opinion,13 euros for 1day.The breakfast is very expensive as well, 20 euros per person,should be for free!!! |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Since we were not travelling by car the location of the hotel was very inconvenient. It was a ways outside of the city and we had to depend on the local bus system to get into the city and to the sightseeing locations. The breakfast was fine but the night we ate in the restaurant the service was deplorable. There were two servers handling the restaurant (which had two tables of two occupied), a private party of maybe 15 or so people) and an outside dining area with approx. 8 people. Consequently the time taken for seating, giving our dinner order, receiving our food, getting the check, etc. was aggravatingly long.It was poor management on the part of the food and beverage manager and not the servers fault. |

We are non-smokers, but for some reasons we had a smoking standard room which had a really bad smell of smoke. We asked immediately for a change. The staff was very helpful and kind and gave us another room which was an executive one. We enjoied our stay in an executive room, paying for a standard. The bed is really confortable. The hotel is really far from the city centre unless you don't have a car. The hotel doesn't provide a bus service to the city centre. Even if you have a car the hotel "obliges" you to use the parking (becuase the area around is not really safe) and you must pay 8 euro per day, which is a complete theft considering that the parking could easily be free for hotel guests. So, it's an hotel decision to don't put a free parking in an area where it was possible and it could be an hotel service. |

Well, they gave us a rather small room with only one bed in it and I had to sleep with my daughter, and I had asked for a double room with two twin beds. They shouldn't charge for the parking and breakfast is excellent, but too expensive. 20 Euros is too much. |

everything was clean, efficient. the staff were excellent. the gym is horrible. i chose this hotel because of the gym and i'll never stay here again because of it.and i have to stay in germany for the next 6 months. so....might be a good idea to invest 100 euros into a few more weights. |

The room was very clean, the hotel was near the main highway, right next to an ESSO station, the staff was friendly The shower was much too small, the hotel was under construction during our visit, the restaurant prices were too high, and the "spa" was a tiny room in the basement of the hotel. |

The young man on duty in the reception on 6th of February has a special sense of humour (or none at all....) I had made a reservation for a wrong date (the 15th), and he claimed at least 5 times, that I had no resevation for the 6th, before he said, that he had plenty of rooms for the night. Parking fee not clearly informed, before leaving. |
