Very quiet area , minutes off main motorway , excellent food , very helpfully staff, if you get a chance buy bread or pastries from bakery across the street before you leave Only one pillow , might suit some but I am use to 3-4 pillows

The room was extraordinarily pleasant, and it provided a wonderful view of the surrounding wooded grounds. Also, I regard this hotel as an excellent value.

They have wireless internet now in most rooms! Ifyou arrive during the day on Tuesday often nobody there so yoiuhave to phone for someone to let you in

We vonden er vooral de rust die we zochten; het is eenvoudig te bereiken vanaf de autobahn; we hebben het hotel gekozen voor tochtjes over de Lünerburger Heide en Lúneburg zelf. Bovendien reisden we door naar Jutland en het hotel ligt mooi halverwege. De aanvulling van het ontbijtbuffet in het weekend was onvoldoende: je moest zelf naar brood/beleg/jus d'orange/koffie vragen en dan nog was het mondjesmaat.

De kamer en het ontbijt was perfect. Wij waren op doorreis naar Noorwegen en de stop was prima gepland op de juiste plaats, van daaruit naar Hirsthals Denemarken voor de veerboot is een prima afstand voor een oudere personen zoals wij. Er was niet aangegeven op de website en bij boeking dat op dinsdag het hotel tot 17.00 uur gesloten is. Dit was waardeloos, nu 2 uur wachten. Bovendien is op dinsdag het restaurant gesloten, dus dat was balen met het avondeten. Het is dus beter niet op dinsdag aan te komen bij het hotel en het is slecht dat dit door booking.com niet wordt aangegeven.
