The staff in this hotel is uber-professional and ultra-friendly. They played a huge part in making our weekend stay pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was a pleasant 'wonderful', wholesome and again, served with pleasure. Hotel is situated close to a few places of interest, ie, Planetarium, Sports Center, colossal park, train station.The bedroom was really cosy and comfortable, even the extra bed strategically placed. We would book accommodation at this hotel again, for sure!

Only downside was that the website boasts use of the swimming pool and we were unable to freely access it without getting permission from Reception, as its locked all the time. Location was ok as it was 3 stations away from the city center.

Good hotel, very clean, very quiet, not far away from airport and easy to reach city by metro.

The hotel was in a great location. Just a short walk to the s-bahn (lightrail) and a short ride into the city center. The Parking was a bit tricky to find, but plentiful. The room was very nice and spacious and the rietersport chocolate on the pillow was a really nice touch. It was easily accessible by car from a major roadway, but we zipped past it the first time and had to turn around. The exits are a little tricky. I would stay here again!

The spa closed at 9:30 so I never had a chance to use the sauna. The building is very industrial and not very inviting. They have certainly tried to make the best of it though! The breakfast was also very overpriced so we opted to go to a bakery on our own and had fantastic baked goods for 1/4th the price.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer, gute Lage, Parkplatz am Hotel

Ich übernachte schon seit 15 Jahren in dieses Hotel. Die Freundlichkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter ist super und nahezu familiär.

- Das Hotel bietet keine Raucherzimmer mehr an. - Das Hotel lässt sich alles separat bezahlen: - Frühstück zusätzlich zum Übernachtungspreis - Ein externer Gast muss für ein Frühstück 17,00 EUR bezahlen. - Nutzung von Schwimmbad zusätzlich Gebühr - Zimmer (112) sehr laut, weil Durchgang Fahrstuhl und Parkplatz.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und verkehrsgünstig. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend hinterm Haus.Das Personal gehört noch zu denen , die wissen, das sich der Erfolg nicht von selbst einstellt. Hier wird noch der Gast umworben- um jeden Einzelnen gekämpft. Und das alles -ohne aufdringlich zu wirken.

Wer viel Gepäck hat , wird einen Lift vermissen. Ich habe nicht im Haupthaus, sondern im daneben liegenden "Anbau " gewohnt. Auch ungewöhnlich war, dass man zum "Anbau" wieder auf die Straße raus musste und mit der Zimmerkarte wieder von draußen die Eingangstür öffnen müsste. Wenn es regnet ,ist das recht unschön.

Gute Anbindung an öpnv, Parkplatz am Haus, genügend Stauraum für Gepäck/Kleidung; freier WLAN-Zugang, funktionierende Technik (Licht etc.) auf dem Zimmer

Bad ist sehr eng, unglückliche Dusch- /Toilettenpositionierung, Außenbereich könnte etwas gepflegter sein, wenn schon im gesamten Hotel nicht geraucht werden soll, dann sollte wenigstens außerhalb der Gebäudes ein witterungsgeschützter Bereich vorgesehen werden

Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und die Lage des Hotels zum Flughafen auf der einen und zur City auf der andere Seite, sowie direkt am Stadtpark gelegen, ideal.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für das Frühstück ( 8,50 € ) = sehr gut

Parkplatzsituation ist Verbesserungsfähig

Ausschlaggebend für unsere Wahl des Hotels war seine günstige Lage für einen abendlichen Besuch des Planetariums. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war sauber und nachts auch nicht laut. Die angenehmste Überraschung war das gut bestückte reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffett mit warmen Brötchen und frischen Zutaten in großer Auswahl.

Frühstücksbuffet zum Preis von 9,50 war sehr gut. Freie und kostenlose Parkplätze, Zufahrt war etwas umständlich,deshalb vorher bei der Rezeption nachfragen
