Not too crowded, brand new, nice little spa, beautiful luxurious rooms, possible to do nice hikes in the surroundings Problem with little fruit flies who were very present (due to non refrigerated fruit at breakfast?). |

We liked everything - the lovely location amidst the vineyards, the comfortable room and fully up to date bathroom, the friendly and attentive staff and the exquisite cuisine. Also, the free and easily accessible parking and the terrace for al fresco dining in warm weather. Nothing of any consequence. If I were to pick nits, I'd say the breakfast room is a bit cramped. |

The dinner we had in the restaurant was quite good. This hotel shows a Baden-Baden address, but it is actually located in Neuweier, which is three towns away. The hotel is difficult to find, particularly at night, and we were disappointed that we had to drive back and forth to see the sights in Baden-Baden. |

Hotel rooms were beatifully designed, clean and very comfortable.. Faciliy and service were great, flexible and open to answer the guest needs. food at the resturant was good however after few days you feel as you have been extracted the menu |

Whilst the hotel is on the edge of a housing estate the view of the vineyards from the balcony was superb. We stayed 3 nights in two different themed rooms which were stunning. |

Very nice room: large and with modern furniture. Nice balcony with view on the near viniards. Very confortable. We had breakfasts on the terrace which is nicely arranged with tables also in private corners. There is a charge for the Jacuzzi. |

Walking around there vineyards and the dinner and breakfast was excellent. We also had a lovely room with a pation facing the vineyards No AC, so it was a little warm at night |

The service was perfect and every detail was thought of we felt really welcome, we had a really good time. The surrondings are great, especially Y-Burg was nice to go to and eat! |

The location was quiet and peaceful. The design of the the hotel is modern, though very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. Staff were very warm and friendly. Breakfast was typical european fare of meats, cheeses and pastries, juice, coffee tea, and all the breads and cakes were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this for those wanting a quiet break from city noise and pace. The dinner menu was in German, understandably, but staff were helpful at explaining items. It would have been nice to have an english menu though. |

The hotel and the neighbourhood beautifull and peacefull. Great views. Ideal for an escape from a big city. The staff is very nice and helpfull (English speaking!), the room was beautiful, the ensuite bathroom - great idea&design. Resto - delicious! Since the hotel is in the middle of a calm residential side, you may hear the "every-day life noises" - not at all annoying but yet present. I strongly recomend GPS, as it is quite difficult to find. |

This was our second stay at Heiligenstein and we highly recommend it. It is NOT in Baden Baden (10 min drive) but is in a very beautiful and quiet area among vineyards with nice views from many rooms. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The entire hotel is recently renovated and very clean. Comfy beds too! The restaurant here is fantastic, definitely eat here! Minor points: The comforters on the beds were thick and almost too warm in wintertime. A bit difficult to find/park, but lots of signs pointing the way helped! Definitely worth the drive! |
