Excellent room facilities with good room size and the kitchen area a real bonus to me. Heating was good and you could open windows which I always want to do to get fresh airr. Nothing - it was excellent |

Location (20 metres from the U2 metro stop Markische Museum and within walking distance (20 minutes) of brandeburg tor), confort, and for the most part, the kindness of the staff with the exception of some confussion about breakfast bills. Upon our arrival we were informed that breakfast was included, it seemed strange to me and I asked to double check, and the night receptionist looked into the system and confirmed that it was included. Later we discover that the breakfast (14EUR per person) was charged to our bill, we asked for clarification and the morning receptionist said something like "I'm sorry, you were misinformed". During our checkout at least she apologised on behalf the hotel. I would come back to this hotel, it was just a detail but I surely reccomend it. |

Location and the quality of fittings and 'period' decor of the rooms and hotel, the style of breakfast and breakfast room and the helpful and friendly staff. Availability of good quality coffee and tea in the room would be much appreciated. |

Excellent location in the city centre. Short walk to Alexanderplatz and nearby Museum Island and the main tourist attractions. Very convenient by rail ink from the airport to Jannowitzbrucke Station. |

Very well located near Metro, excellent staff, good rapport between quality and price. My single room had a bizarre bed arrangement (along, rather than head to wall). Bathroom was bigger than room and the unenclosed shower meant that two-thirds of bathroom also showered when I did. |

Room was big enough for two with large space to clothes. Bathroom with red-lamp ok as well. The small kitchenette in the corridor - our room had its own extra door - was surprise even in case we had no time to use it. The situation just few minutes from Alexanderplatz etc. and near U-bahn was excellent. Good breakfast. No real shampoo or hairconditioner in this class. Small TV, perhaps. |

We found the staff extremely friendly and able to communicate excellently in English. (We were very sorry our German language is to limited!). We also found the breakfast really excellent. Overall, a brilliant hotel. I will recommend it to everyone I know who visits Berlin. |

It is very near from metro station and supermarket. The India restraint at the ground floor is also not bad. At the first day, because I found the kitchen' door is not opened,so I must change my room.but no one help me.All switch for right is very difficult to know how to use, but reception don't say explanation. The wireless run should be included to room fee because we will stay for long time. |

Very pleasant. Convinient location to reach mitte discrict! I can reach all over the mitte by walk! I'm not sure about the internet connection fee in Europe and Germany, but for me it's little expensive to use. |

Nice clean room (incl. bathroom), nice breakfast area, good selection of food, well decorated lobby and corridors, overall - very good value for money. Old model TV set, not sufficient English language channels. |

It has a great position (near the center and near an U-Bahn station). The room size, breakfast and overall services were just right (not to fancy, but enough to be very comfortable). I would say it brings great value for money. Derag and Henriette are two different hotels opposite on the same street. If the reservation could indicate more clearly which of them is your destination it would be great. |

The hotel was old fashioned but very well maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent - we were only a 10 minute walk from the busy city centre but there was hardly any traffic around the hotel so the area was quiet. |

Ligger sentralt rett ved en U-bahn stasjon. Kort vei til de viktigste serverdigheter. Fint interiør. Koselig indisk restaurant. Veldig dyr frokost. Anbefaler heller kafeen rett opp i gata. |
