June6,2012- We( two lady travellers) found the staff very accomodating in caling a cab, giving directions, checking on train schedules. We appreciated the available computer, as we do not travel with a laptop or phone. The complimentary drinks were a delightful touch, much appreciated after a weary days travel. The approximitity to the rail station was very convenientt.

The stay was positive in all ways (all communal refig drinks incl a beer and coffe/teas are free), the breakfast excellent and service great. It is located about 200 mets the station (and about 600 mets from the city centre), but station closeness was important to me. Limited eating places nearby. A modern, quite large hotel which I would recommend.

Very friendly staff! Excelent conditions due to the hotel policy to give many extras for free as Internet, sauna, drinks. Only small remark for the lack of small fridge in bedroom.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gekühlte Getränke standen auf jeder Etage kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Wenn überhaupt etwas negativ war, dann die Tatsache das das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

ビール，ソフトドリンク，コーヒーなどが飲み放題だった 内装や部屋は広く，綺麗で文句なし． 廊下が暗いのとホテルの外観（看板など）が若干古臭い．

Hotel fantastico per la posizione centrale in quanto si puo' accedere a piedi al centro storico della citta'. Da rimarcare la gentilezza al momento della accoglienza e della nostra partenza che ci hanno detto che era molto importante per loro sapere se il soggiorno era stato di nostro gradimento. Per non parlare del frigobar sistemato su ogni piano dell'hotel con aqua minerale e tutti I soft drinks a consumo illimitato, cosa mai vista prima in nessun hotel di tutta Europa! Questo per far capire il senso di civilta' e rispetto che hanno questi paesi del nord, Davvero il top.. 10 e lode!

Der sehr freundliche Empfang, -überhaupt sind sämtliche Mitarbeiter tatsächlich nicht nur freundlich, sondern herzlich :D Dafür danke ich, als allein reisende Dame, sehr! Die Zimmer sind gut, mein Bett war sogar sehr gut! Zusätzlich gewünschte Kissen fand ich bei der Heimkehr vor! Es wurde gemeinsam überlegt, wo ich zu Abend essen könnte und reserviert! Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder logieren! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und wurde bis zum Schluss liebenswürdig angeboten! Fazit: ein richtig gut geführtes Hotel mit engagierten Mitarbeitern! Prima! Weiter so :D Bei der Anreise dachte ich erst: na ja, - wieder so ein seelenloser Bau in Nähe des Bahnhofs gelegen! (Was als Lage ja gar nicht schlecht ist) Alles gar kein Problem, die gute Energie und die Liebenswürdigkeit der Mitarbeiter hinterlässt vor Ort einen ganz anderen, positiven Eindruck! In der Nacht war es absolut ruhig, so dass man sogar bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnte! Also: nicht vom ersten Eindruck täuschen lassen, sondern nix wie rein, Sie werden es nicht bereuen! Ich frage mich gerade, warum ich überhaupt was auf der Negativseite schreibe ....

Freier Getränkekühlschrank, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet Internet nicht voll funktional (Surfen ging, E-Mail Programm nicht) und von sehr variierender Geschwindigkeit.

Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Ik belde hotel omdat ik hoorapparaat kwijt was. Binnen 10 minuten belden ze me terug dat ze het gevonden hadden en op mijn kamer hadden gelegd.
