Hotel was quiet and service good. Food was not up to the quality expected, pork dish was dry and obviously overcooked.

Everything is fantastic! We paid for the breakfast 17 EUR per person and there was everything you can or can't imagine! Perfekt spa! We paid for the robes and got them with slippers. They have a water well in the spa so you really don't need to think about anything. Room was amasing! And food in the restaurant was perfect! Very friendly service! Thank you very much for our stay!

Excellent deluxe hotel, wonderful restaurant choice, true gourmet experience, beautiful decor, polite and exceptional staff willing to speak English but tolerated our attempts at German language. A variety of excellent leisure facilities, fabulous woodland walks and adjacent Elbe riverside walks. On site tram services running frequently into Magdeburg. Whole location and Hotel steeped in fascinating history. We had an exceptional 4 day break with flights to and from Hannover plus very good car hire from Airport. Couldn't fault our "family of 5 adults" weekend. Hoping to repeat the experience.

location in park close to golf court and easy access to the city with tram or bike or car. rooms are spacious and spa is nice when it is hot outside rooms could use airconditioning

The restaurant was good The staff at the hotel were unhelpful It was meant to be on the river and it wasn'T. It is all on its own so no chance of walking to any other restaurants etc.

The Hotel is in a peaceful & picturesque surroundings, the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The restaurant & reception staff were excellent along with the food. The golf club is minutes away & was very welcoming. There is no bar menu or room service consquently if you want a meal it has to be formal & expensive. There was no discount for the Golf course next door which was again expensive for the standard of the course.

As a business traveller I did not value the location and greenery around the hotel. Its large and more of a vacation venue. Its extremely confortable, excellent ameneties, great sauna and a good choice for a long weekend. A bit too much for the one night business traveller like myself but a delightdful place to unwind.

Es war toll dort. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei und das war kein problem. Es standen sogar Wasser und Futternäpfe bereit und ein Leckerli gab es auch noch. Besser gehts nicht. Kurz über die Strasse war auch sofort ein Park. Ideal gelegen. Aber auch ohne Hund hätten wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Bin dort das Erste aber nicht das letzte Mal gewesen.

Otoczony starym drzewostanem.Duzo bezpłatnych I bezpiecznych miejsc do parkowania.Wnętrze nie zachwyciło nas,w historycznym budynku dość kiczowato wprojektowany basen I spa. Niestety,tu chciałybyśmy opisac sytuacje,w której zawiniła obsługa hotelu.rano z walizkami zjechałyśmy do recepcji.Ja swoja walizkę zaniosłam do samochodu,a córka ustawiła swoja walizkę na przeciw recepcji I zjechała zobaczyć spa ,basen.Gdy wróciła zobaczyła,że nie ma jej walizki,pomyslała,ze ja zaniosłam jej walizkę do samochodu.Opłaciłysmy nocleg I ruszyłyśmy do Polski.Na Polach Legnickich zatrzymałysmy się I wtedy zorientowałyśmy się,że walizka została w hotelu.Obsługa recepcji schowała ją,gdy ja udałam sie do samochodu,a córka na basen,jako zabezpieczenie?Kosztowało nas to dodatkowe ok 900 km plus stres,zmęczenie.O 4 nad ranem byłam w domu.Rano do pracy po dlugim weekendzie czekało na mnie kilkudziesieciu pacjentow.Jeszce dziś czuję ogromne wyczerpanie.

Wirklich schönes Ambiente in herrlicher Lage. Geeignet für jegliche Art des Ausspannens. Es fehlt neben den wirklich tollen Gourmet Gerichten etwas für den normalen Geschmack bei normalem Preis.

Top Lage , ruhig in einem wunderschönem Park an der Elbe, sehr viele Sportmöglichkeiten (Paradies für Radfahrer und Jogger, Wanderer und Spaziergänger) Für Kinder ein schöner Spielplatz. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Zentrum, auch mit öVM. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, geräumige und komfortable Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, Zustellbett für Kind gratis, Swimming - Pool , Saunas kostenlos, sauber und anspruchsvoll, alles super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es jedem empfehlen. Nur von der Schönheitsfarm war ich enttäuscht. Das einzige, wovon ich enttäuscht war, war die Schönheitsfarm. Schlechte Behandlung, Behandlungsdauer mind. 60% kürzer als angegeben, unprofessionelle kosmetische Behandlungen und Happy Preise für schlechte Qualität!!!
