Embedded in the picturesque Herrenkrug Park, one of Germany’s most beautiful landscapes, this renovated hotel sits right on the banks of the River Elbe and unifies its old art nouveau style with modern elements.

There is a multitude of choices when it comes to arranging your recreational activities. Beginning with the spa with panoramic swimming pool, jacuzzi, Turkish steam bath, aromatherapy, infrared heating couches, solarium, sun terraces and beauty farm to the hotel's 18 hole city golf course, bike and rickshaw rental, volleyball, jogging tracks and riding school.

Just 400 metres away, you will find a full size golf course.

147 king-sized and individual arranged rooms, a ballroom in an art nouveau style and 9 conference rooms. The multi-award winning art nouveau restaurant Die Saison and the historical ice cellar rival for the favour of guests.

Food & beverage

Architectural enthusiasts will love the wonderful art nouveau elements dating from 1887 in the park restaurant Die Saison. Gourmets will savour the tasty treats served by the chef.

Depending on the season, the cuisine treats guests with the most splendid culinary masterpieces. The meals are completed by a vast choice of approximately 250 international exquisite wines.

The restaurant itself has a seating capacity of 70, whilst the renovated winter garden can seat up to 50 and the cosy garden terrace about 50 people.

Eine sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Großzügiger Empfangsbereich, große Zimmer. Möglichkeit im Freien zu Frühstücken. Für 16 EUR Frühstück wird einiges geboten, u.a. Sekt und eine gute Auswahl an Fisch. Ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

Das Essen und der Service

Das Hotel entsprach nicht ganz einem 4 Sterne Haus.Keine Bademäntel auf den Zimmern,unsaubere Fußböden im ganzen Haus, kein schönes Ambiente im Gastronomischen Bereich( zu helle Kronleuchterbeleuchtung, zu große und hohe Stühle und ein unschön gestalteter Wintergarten.) .

wunderbare Lage, grosszügige allgemeine Räume, grosszügiges Zimmer mit zwei Betten (Nr. 265) mit entsprechendem Interieur, schönes Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung.

ramponierte Türen zwischen den Flügeln, defekte Schuhputzmaschine (2.Stock), Safe im Zimmer konnte nur mit einer der beiden Schlüsselkarten geöffnet werden
