I really enjoyed the family athmosthpere of this hotel. The people were all very kind, smiling and willing to help. The hotel is well situated very close to the railway station and within walking distance from the town centre. Having stayed at the same hotel about two years ago, I must say that in the past the cleanliness of the rooms was more carefully taken care of. I think this time the bathroom was cleaned a bit carelessly. |

The owner was very friendly. It was very near Aachen centre and I understand is used quite extensively by business people staying one or two nights in Aachen. I enjoyed my stay there. I would go there again and would recommend friends to stay there. Very near station, no noise, but easy to get to with luggage. The ability to come and go as one pleased was also a plus. No room safe but perhaps not important to Schevengen travellers who no longer need to carry passports. Steep steps from the street - this is more personal as I have a bad knee. I mentioned both points to the owner. |

I liked soundproof rooms and cleanest of my room. It's situated close to central station and city center. Tiny room and attempts of neglectful attitude of some of the staff. |

Hotelier war freundlich und auskunftsbereit Hotel lag ca.150 Meter Luftlinie vom Bahnhof und von einer auch nachts noch stark befahrenen Straße entfernt, d.h. extrem laut. |

Sehr zentral gelegen. Vom Straßenverkehr bekam man im Zimmer nichts mit. Das Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bad extrem klein und eng. Die Lüftung/Heizung war die ganze Nacht zu hören.Der Fernseher war viel zu klein. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war recht übersichtlich. |

Op wandelafstand van het historische centrum van Aken. Verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt. Bij aankomst was de receptioniste niet echt werklustig. Ook bleek er toch geen parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel.(Er was slechts 1 plaats en die was duidelijk niet ingenomen door hotelgasten...) |

Die Mitarbeiter des Hauses waren freundlich, zuvorkommend und sind auf alle Wünsche ihrer Gäste eingegangen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und wohlschmeckend. Die Zimmer waren ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, insbesondere die sanitären Einrichtungen. Das Mobilar und die Treppenaufgänge zeigen einen eher verblichenen Glanz. |
