出張の最後の夜に泊まりました。文句無く満点のホテル。次にフランクフルトへ行く時は必ず泊まります。と言- うか次の出張も最後はフランクフルトにして、このホテルへ泊まります。今まで沢山のホテル泊まりましたが、- 私は最高のホテルと思いました。 |

スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。部屋も広く清潔で、内装も素敵だった。今回、400ユーロ以上の部屋に1- 20ユーロで泊まれたのでラッキーだった。料金からは考えられないほど豪華だった。 トラム・バス乗り場は目の前だが、主要駅から少々遠いのが難点といえば難点。しかし、今回の旅行の目的だっ- た「モーターショウ」においては、会場とは道路一本隔てた向かいだったので問題なし。 |

18:00-20:00までロビーで飲み物とおつまみのサービスがあります。オーナーがワインシャトーを持っているそう- で、そこのスパークリングワイン、白ワインとボルドーとスペインの赤ワインが用意してありました。朝食はシ- ャンパン、10種類以上の紅茶等豪華です。卵料理は好きなものを作ってくれます。ワイン好きにはお勧めです- 。 |

普段安いホテルばかりなので、慣れないサービスに戸惑いましたが、快適にすごせませました。朝食がとても美- 味しいし、5つ星だけど給仕の人もフレンドリーで安心しました。 |

Very friendly and efficient personnel, very quiet room (despit center of town), free fruit and minibar in the room, nice and clean room Only tiny things: mattress was a little too hard (for me), operating the shower was a little complicated (too many knobs and shower heads (but others may just enjoy it)). |

The hotel was the perfect picture of European Charm. The staff was very pleasent and eager to help. The room and free amenities were wonderful. The hotel is within walking distance to the center of Frankfurt without being in an extremely busy part of town. The price was a little high especially when you have to pay to park and tip everyone who touches the luggage. |

Good location, just in front of the Messe Frankfurt, and of a subway station. Friendly and Familiar ambience hotel, with all the most important facilities. Free internet and free minibar. Nice diversity for breakfast. More diversity in the menu of the room service |

Good staff. Hotel has the right size and isn't as huge as some of the 5 star competititors in Frankfurt. I have stayed probably close to two years of my life in hotels now and this is one of the nicest I have stayed at. |

This hotel was 1st class - really wonderful experiance - the attention to detail was amazing and we felt like celebs. Thanks to all - you were fantastic They booked a taxi for us for the departure early on the sunday and the company we went with was not great - the cab driver got lost, charged us too much and only took cash! |
