Very friendly and efficient personnel, very quiet room (despit center of town), free fruit and minibar in the room, nice and clean room Only tiny things: mattress was a little too hard (for me), operating the shower was a little complicated (too many knobs and shower heads (but others may just enjoy it)). |

Location was great! Cleanes and quietness was ok. no fitness room in same bilding and not in the early into morning.Fitness company open too late into morning. |

Lovely room with free mini bar, fruit & water. Food in restaurant excellent. Staff very friendly, good secure parking. Easy walk into centre of city. Lovely stay. |

The hotel was the perfect picture of European Charm. The staff was very pleasent and eager to help. The room and free amenities were wonderful. The hotel is within walking distance to the center of Frankfurt without being in an extremely busy part of town. The price was a little high especially when you have to pay to park and tip everyone who touches the luggage. |

Good location, just in front of the Messe Frankfurt, and of a subway station. Friendly and Familiar ambience hotel, with all the most important facilities. Free internet and free minibar. Nice diversity for breakfast. More diversity in the menu of the room service |

Good staff. Hotel has the right size and isn't as huge as some of the 5 star competititors in Frankfurt. I have stayed probably close to two years of my life in hotels now and this is one of the nicest I have stayed at. |

This hotel was 1st class - really wonderful experiance - the attention to detail was amazing and we felt like celebs. Thanks to all - you were fantastic They booked a taxi for us for the departure early on the sunday and the company we went with was not great - the cab driver got lost, charged us too much and only took cash! |

I loved the old style furniture and that the staff turned down our bed and put out slippers before bed. a lovely cute hotel and i would definately recommend it. |

The friendly staff Just doing some renos at the time we stayed made it hard to find the way out of the garage. Staff were very helpful and showed us the way. |

Excellent facilities; great staff; Free wifi worked perfectly; easy check in-checkout; mini bar was free, a true 5-star hotel to World standards in Europe; Parking!!! for 23 euros/night a little much |

Staff were so courteous and helpful, a credit to the hotel. Dinner in the hotel on the night we stayed was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel. |

Free WiFi, free minibar (yes, free!), location, friendly and helpful front desk staff, Luxurious bathroom amenities ("Etro")! None. Enjoyed the room so much I decided to stay an extra night just to show my appreciation! |
