Excellent service, owner is on sight so always, anything you need, he or his wife are there to help. The rooms are newly renovated, all is very clean and very comfortable We came here with a plan to visit the Black Forest. At first we ordered only 2 nights because we thought we will move to another location after 3 days at that area, than we ask to add another 2 days and the manager did everything he could to help us with that… we stayed 2 extra nights and when we needed to leave, we decided last minute to add another night… also here the manager did not refuse and since our family room was already booked for another family, he moved us to 2 double rooms… All was perfect!!

Wij hadden dit hotel de dag zelf nog geboekt omdat we beslist hadden een dagje vroeger richting Feldberg te vertrekken. We werden (ondanks de carnavalsdrukte) vriendelijk ontvangen en snel bediend in hun restaurant. Nette kamers en vriendelijke eigenaar die ons als attentie nog een flesje Sekt meegaf bij vertrek.

Das im Nachbargebäude zugehörige Restaurant (auch Frühstücksbereich) macht einen entspannten Eindruck, gutes Essen, angenehmes Ambiente. Mein Zimmer war zur Hauptverkehrsstrasse hin, wenn abends/morgens der Verkehr einsetzt kann es zu erhöhter Lautstärke durch vorbeifahrende Fahrzeuge kommen. Mein Aufenthalt hatte sich von Freitag auf Sonntag bezogen, da war wohl der Strassenverkehr nicht so stark. Zum Frühstück muss man sich in das Nachbargebäude begeben was allerdings nicht mit dem Hotel durch eine überdachten/direkten Zugang verbunden ist. Begrenztes Parkplatzangebot (6-8 Plätze), wenn das Hotel voll ausgebucht ist, gibt es Probleme einen Parkplatz zu finden, da die Parkplätze auch durch die Besucher des zugehörigen Restaurant genutzt werden. Es gab leider keinen Flyer über das Hotel und auch keine Infomappe über die Möglichkeiten/Einrichtungen vom Hotel.

Gemütliche Zimmer mit kleinem Terassenanteil. Neues, modernes Bad. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das dazugehörige Restaurant bietet super leckeres und preiswertes Essen. Das Frühstück war für mich persönlich völlig ausreichend ( 3 Brötchen, Butter, Marmelade + Honig, Nugatcreme, frische Wurst + Käse, Joghurt, gekochtes Ei, O-Saft). Diverse Ausflugsziele wie z.B, Titisee, Badeparadies Schwarzwald, Schluchsee, Feldberg, etc sind mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde mit Sicherheit wieder im Hexenschopf übernachten. Für mich der einzige Kritikpunkt, dass der Hexenschopf die "Hochschwarzwaldcard" nicht anbietet.

Literie de bonne qualité et douche à l'italienne très pratique. Restauration sur place avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Patron à l'écoute de sa clientèle. On ne nous a pas proposé le wifi.

Cordialità del titolare, pulizia delle camere, parcheggio auto gratuito. Ottimo il ristorante dove,oltre ai piatti tipici del luogo, si puo' mangiare anche una buona pizza cotta con il forno a legna. L' Hotel si trova in un piccolo centro all' interno della foresta nera e costituisce una buona base di partenza o di appoggio per le escursioni in questo spettacolare angolo della Germania.

Habitació molt amplia amb 2 llits de matrimoni en dos estances separades. Ideal per una família amb nens petits. Personal molt servicial i atent. Very large bedroom with 2 double beds in two separate rooms. Fantastic for a family with little kids. Staff very helpful. Servei de WIFI sense bona cobertura, era dificil connectar-se WIFI service without good coverage, it was difficil to connect

Das Badezimmer war super neu und schön renoviert. Es wurden 20 Euro mehr in Rechnung gestellt, als über booking.com angegeben. Frühstück wurde viel zu spät - trotz Marathonevent - angeboten. Zwei Stunden vor Beginn reichen nicht.
