I liked the location. It was red light district but turned out to have a great time in that area. Staff was also nice. Shopping center very close. Breakfast finishing at 10:00. Too early. Should be at leat 10.30- 11:00. Going out night before nobody will wake on for an early breakfast. |

Position is excellent for the city and shops. Convenience to Hauptbahnhof and public transport. Internet availability in hotel and even cheaper right next door. Lots of places to eat.Quick, efficient check in. Room newly refurbished and spotless. Steep stairs up a long staircase to get to floor 1 and a lift, which was tiny. No porterage for help made this difficult with large suitcases. Front office staff very efficient but not very helpful for international tourists with little German language or knowledge of Hamburg. |

We enjoyed the stay as the hotel was really central. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was ok. In general, it was an average hotel if you don't want to spend too much for your stay. The staff was not very friendly. And they didnt answer our questions properly. |

Service was slow. Pubic hair on one of the beds. Situated above sex shops. Tall flight of stairs to negotiate. No assistance with heavy bags and stairs. |

clean room and bedsheets/towels, adequate bathroom No parking facility, I had to take the car to a public garage - 10-12 min. walk, no elevator from the reception to the first floor, 22 steps up and 5 steps down plus a labirynth of corridors to get to the elevator with a bunch of luggage, elevator malfunctions with 3 people, sex shops in the direct neighbourhood, noisy street, (we had to close the windows w/o airconditioning) - in summary: never again |

Location close to the railway station. There was no elevator from street level, difficult for disabled or people with small children. Fluctuating temperature in the shower. |

Close to main station and breakfast include Too noisy as there is a rubbish collection centre behind the hotel. The restaurant and bar nearby sent trolleys of bottles and dump there. That caused a lot of noise. The noise start at 10:30pm and continue throughout the night until 6am. |

Very clean rooms and spacious. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very close to the Hauptbahnhof. It is getting into the R.L. district a bit, but nothing crazy. Very worthwhile and I would definitely stay there again. |

Good position near the downtown and near train, taxi, underground stations, turistic bus station and restaurants. Too many steps, too many birds in the windows, too less tv chanels, |

It suited me well for a city break, without car, being within easy walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof Although convenient, the street on which it is situated is a little 'unsavoury'. However, being near the main station, this is perhaps not unexpected. Unaccompanied women may feel uncomfortable returning to the hotel at night. |

The hotel was conveniently located near to both the main train and bus stations, about 2mins walk from each. The room was yellowing in colour, not from paint. The location turned out to be a seedy part of town, sex shop street. |

Everything was extremely clean, and the breakfast room was especially inviting. The bedroom was too basic in this day and age, Cheap motels and travel lodges are better furnished, and usually much cheaper. When I booked, I assumed that because of the price we were paying that the room would be much better. 236 Euros for two extremely basic rooms was far too expensive. |
