Location is good, just 2 minutes from train station.

No lift. Customers have to bring their lugguages to walk up more than 30 curly stairs. The surrounding area is very messy and complicated, makes you feel uncomfortable to walk around even in day time.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. It was very good value.

Although being close to the station is a plus point, the area is awash with prostitutes and their pimps and is generally very seedy.

It was very clean and the persons in the reception very nice. Is near the station and the price was very good.

Big comfy double bed, clean Bathroom, with a Bath.

Location is really perfect. Train station is 5 min away, bus station also 5 min. Underground stations is close too.

No WiFi connection on 5th and 4th floor.

Good location in close proximity to city centre. Free wi-fi in the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It's not about the hotel - more about the area: 1.When I came there was no free public parking space available on the street. I had to go and search for paid private parking. Ended up paying 21 EUR for private parking (If you go without car - not applicable) 2. The area itself is rather uncomfortable: dirty with a lot of suspicious people and casionos. If you go there just to sleep - not applicable.

A good, basic hotel.

A very steep climb up from reception. The street the hotel is on has quite a number of sex shops. Returning to the hotel there are a number of prostitues around. Please don't stay here if you have a young family etc.,

No any word could described the hotel , it is very bad , dirty no any custemor services . very bad location , no lift till 1st floor ,so you need to took all your bags for more than 20 high steps till the lift . very bad breakfast no any variety , cooled . I always made booking witn booking.com site in all my trips , my adivse to the site , NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTELS TO YOUR CUSTEORS

I found Hotel Residence very clean the room and bathroom where both spotless and the bed linen was of a very good quality. the area is a bit rough but what you might expect near a central station. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.Breakfast was good aswell.

no laundry service no elevator to the second floor which means you have to drag your feet up two stairways!! are you kidding me?

Convenient for main train station. Reasonable breakfast buffet included in the price.

We were disappointed to find double beds in some of the rooms alloocated to our group as we had booked twin rooms. The bath room in one of the triple rooms was exceedingly small whilst others were fine.

Well situated near city center as well central bus and railway stations. Underground parking provided nearby which was an asset as travelling by car. Good breakfast.

The room was quite big, clean and with a comfortable bed, everything was ok.

Although the hotel was near the main station, which is what we wanted the surrounding area was a bit seedy.

Die Excellente Lage direkt hinter dem Bahnhof. Alles ist sehr sehr sauber und die Badezimmer wurden sicher renoviert. tolle Dusche. Preis Leistung stimmt.

Schlecht ist. dass man bis in den ersten Stock keinen Lift hat. Mit schwerem Gepäck ist das sehr mühsam. Kommt dazu, dass diese Treppte extrem lange ist. Aber die baulichen Gegebenheiten erlauben einen Liftumbau wohl kaum.

Хороший и вежливый персонал. Удачное место расположения отеля. Рядом вокзал, метро и конечно же шопинг!!! Я отдыхала с 14-й дочкой и 2-х летним сыном. Все понравилось!

Centralt beliggende i forhold til Hamburg City. Godt hotel og gode værelser til en storbyferie, hvor værelset bruges minimalt. Velfungerende gratis WiFi.
