The main area of the hotel is nice. The food was great and the bar was good.

My hotel room didnt have a minibar, and the Spa/Gym area needs to be improved. There is NO fitness equipment at all which would put me off staying again as I need to do some activity to stay fit when I travel on business!

Great hotel, allways perfect service. Whenever wisiting Kaarst or Dusseldorf I'm always staying in this hotel.

Nice place with very correct rooms and excellent breakfast.

Halls are pretty cold in winter; the room was cold on my arrival, and it took me quite a moment to find out that I had to switch on the heating.

Just being far from the exhibition center , & as you know taxi all the time is really expensive

Restaurant Menu very good and front desk staff excellent.

Bar staff very slow and not very knowledgeable about some drinks. Ordered a Cognac and the bar person was looking on shelves for a Whiskey. No Cognac was available. Ordered a second bottle of Rioja after dinner and a second was not available. This was after my original first choice of a Shiraz was also unavailable. I wasn't impressed.

The bed was very comfortable, and the bedroom was cosy and well decorated, the bathroom was equiped with a bathtub.

No free unlimited wifi ; it is available with applicable fees, which are ridiculous (5 € for half an hour). This is not acceptable that in 2012, a 4 star hotel oriented towards a business clientele doesn't offer free unlimited wifi.

I made a reservation for smoker room, after they said we have only non-smoker rooms. This is a shame, so i will not use booking in the future. Also the pay TV they are playing with the invoive, if you choice for 18 euro the whole program after you must pay 120 Euro etc...so this hotel was my last bad exprience, i will stay never in this bad hotel. Also the breakfast for 15 euro was very poor. I stayed in my life in most of the Park Inns in the world but this is the bad one what i saw until now. This hotel should be closed, it is a shame for Radisson. If i booked a smoker room and this is only a non smoker hotel so i should be informed from booking or from the hotel, after arrival in the midnight so i can not try to find another hotel. But this hotel was really the bad exprience for me. Also the service was very bad.

Only problem was after returning from wedding admittedly at 4 am. I could not get in!!!

I booked the Park Inn as it was close to a motorway junction as I used it as a stopover on the way through North West Germany. The hotel had a restaurant that was open late at 10pm the staff were all very friendly. The hotel had lots of parking spaces & the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was good although at 15euros it should be. I would stay here again.

The facilities are very old. It is in the middle of nowhere, and it quite expensive to get anywhere including the airport which was a 25 euro shuttle. They charge for everything, 20 euros for internet and 15 for breakfast and so on.

The staff are very good and friendly.

The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to ikea kaarst Railway station just 20 min from Düsseldorf main station. The hotel is surrounded by lush green scinic beauty and an ideal place for business as well as leisure travellers. The staff speaks perfect English and they are very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed but too far out of Dusseldorf and 50 euros from the airport, wwould not recommend for a trade show

As per your description this hotel is not 15 minutes from city center but in excess of 30 minutes which adds to the cost of staying in this hotel,(Taxi fare) Requested one smoking room on your website only to arrive and be told there are no smoking rooms.

The breakfast buffet and its range is very good.

The corridor and room carpets must be free of stains or completely renewed. The internet connection service is paid extra and it is expensive.

隔音效果不好，打扫房间的清洁人员不敲门就数次尝试进门很没有礼貌。wifi和早餐太贵。

离高速很近，屋顶是玻璃的很美。收费的wifi速度很快。near autobahn，beautiful roof，fast wifi but not free。

wifi收费太贵，早餐太贵。毛巾感觉不是很干净，没有经过高温消毒的感觉，没有免费的水。wifi expensive，breakfast expensive，towels dirty，no free water。
