The location was superb and, in my case the view across to the Deutsche Dom andn gendermarkt was stunning The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The king size bed was two singles pushed together with a ridge down the middle. When I mentioned this to reception they shrugged and did nothing. |

executive lounge with available drinks and food plus newspapers and magazines are very helpful It would be nice if there was free WI FI service at the rooms. or a prepaid package at a better reate. 19 euro per day for such service is very expensive. |

I was here in business Booking through booking.com. The most inflexible and unhelpful hotel booking site on the web, I will never use this site again. The hotel is OK, but the booking service unacceptable. |

The room was very clean, the bathroom was spotless and quite spacious. The location was excellent right in the heart of the Eastern side of Berlin and convenient to everything. With an underground station 2 minutes away. The staff was courteous and helpful. |

Pool and gym facilities are excellent. Internet services are incredibly expensive and inflexible (eg 1 hours use must be used within 24 hours or lost). Decor is also a little dated. |

Central location, customer friendly staff, clean room, Superb breakfast, clean and modern leisure facilities. There was an extra charge for the sauna and steam facilities this was not stated on website. |

the room was clean and large.coffee kettle in room very useful.staff was very friendly and gave us all we asked for.breakfast was good.pool was very good and clean with nice staff great water.good to have a swim after walking around town. |

The staff all spoke english and the were polite and courtious and everything we asked for was done swiftly and to the highest of standards I thought for a 5 Star hotel that the room was a little small, I booked a king double. The only thing that was king size was the bed. This was booked on a hot deal so this may explain the size of the room. The room was about the same size as you would get in a premier Inn although far better equiped. We did however, have a very pleasant stay. The hotel is definately 5 star though in every other respect. |

Accommodation offered very good value for money. Friendly staff, efficient reception. Restaurant Mark Brandenburg: very expensive, poor service, below average food. Spa not recommendable. |
