We were delighted with the accommodations and the proximity to many interesting sites. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and plan on visiting more Hilton hotels in other cities. |

Nothing at all, I made a booking via Bookings.com and upon arrival it appeared that the Hotel was overbooked. An alternative was offered at 20 minutes drive. It was humiliating they said that the room was much cheaper then Hilton. See above. |

Staff were responsive and helpful. The fact that housekeeping is a service that is contracted out results in some fairly unsatisfactory housekeeping. This applied to the first 6 of our 8 day stay. |

I appreciated the kindness of personnel, the cleanliness and comfort of my room and of the whole hotel. The arrangement that forced me to pay seven night accomodation while for my duty travel I only needed 3 nights. For this lack of flexibility, I do not know if for my next stay in BonnI will book again at Hilton. |

It was clean and new, including the gym, something that is not a commonplace among hotel gyms. The gym was also well equipped There was no bathtub even though I am a Hilton honors silver member |

The food was good, the room was clean and quiet. The service was very good. the breakfast 22 euro/pp. How much can you eat in order to accover 22 euro??? |

As a Diamon HHonors members I was upgraded to a top floor room with a great view over the river Rhine. My room had a Nespresso machine, which was a pleasant surprise until I discovered it was not working. |

Excellent location. The hotel is beautifully located at the Rhein river and a walk away from the centre of town (200 meters). Rooms are nice (moderate, not big) and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and competent and truely focusses on making your stay a pleasant one. Hickups (coffee maker didn´t work) were quickly resolved. |

The location of the hotel near the Rhine River. The view was excellent. The indoor swimming pool was heated very well. The king size bed was very comfortable. |

Comfortable room, clean, nice view of the river and the city from the balcony. Extra bed for our daughter was good. Breakfast is way too expensive. If you walk into town you can have a great breakfast for only € 6,00 per person. The daily fee for parking your car is quite expensive as well. The prices of the minibar are rediculous. |

The big room with nice working space. Room service was fast. The location was good. Upon arrival they overcharged me 103euro more than the reservation! Since it was fully prepaid it wasn't ok at all 2. they gave me a room on the last floor which was very cold and it seemed like the heater wasn't just enough to warm up the entire room, I had to ask to change the room (after a ride of 12 hours to Germany).very expensive internet connection! Very expensive breakfast (22Euro) |

EVERYTHING......Staff were very friendly, swimming pool great for the kids, kettle in the room, breakfast was excellent and especially the fact that the television has sky news, bbc and itv - so no missing out on Coronation Street or x Factor...!!! The only negative point I have is not in the hotel itself, but the fact that it is not well signposted once you get into Bonn city centre if you are driving there. |

The hotel is very nice and modern looking with good facilities. Though touted as a 5-star hotel, I'd put it at a 4-star. The beds weren't comfortable and even being upgraded to a better room still had us in one that was rather small for a 5-star. The pet fee is outrageous and parking is 17€ though I think the website said 15€. Location is ok but you have to go out of your way to find crosswalks to get across the street to walk around the walkplatz. |

I like the comfort and the cleanliness were impeccable, the staff was very friendly and available to any questions the fact of the breakfast was €22 euro, even if only eat one croissant and a glass of juice, they should make allowance for this |
