Tutto ottimo. Il personale è squisito, soprattutto la sig.ra Droell dell'account. Colazione eccellente, prezzi sotto la norma. Posizione eccezionale, ottimo per splendide passeggiate sul fiume, o per lo shopping in centro. |

thought it was well located, good size and well equipped rooms - pleasant and competent staff our fridge leaked a little water - business centre was very expensive - if i am paying 35 cent per minute for the internet, i would prefer if the connection was not so slow that a 60 second task takes 3 mintues. |

The location was perfect, walking distance to all the attractions, loads of fantastic restaurants and next to the river. Indoor swimming pool was lovely and the rooms fabulous. |

every thing was perfect, the hotel staff were cooperative, even I have to leave early before breakfast and asked to have my breakfast take away and this was ready 5:00 in the morning. |

We were delighted with the accommodations and the proximity to many interesting sites. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and plan on visiting more Hilton hotels in other cities. |

Nothing at all, I made a booking via Bookings.com and upon arrival it appeared that the Hotel was overbooked. An alternative was offered at 20 minutes drive. It was humiliating they said that the room was much cheaper then Hilton. See above. |

Staff were responsive and helpful. The fact that housekeeping is a service that is contracted out results in some fairly unsatisfactory housekeeping. This applied to the first 6 of our 8 day stay. |

I appreciated the kindness of personnel, the cleanliness and comfort of my room and of the whole hotel. The arrangement that forced me to pay seven night accomodation while for my duty travel I only needed 3 nights. For this lack of flexibility, I do not know if for my next stay in BonnI will book again at Hilton. |
