The front desk staff were very helpful. We had a problem with our flights which meant we could only stay for 2 nights & not 3 as we had booked. The hotel included breakfast and drinks to the value of the 3rd night |

The breakfasts, the staff, the position in the city. i would recommend it. Although we had a non-smoking room, the smoke in the corridors was bad. This did concern us and caused some discomfort. |

I loved the tranquil atmosphere, the helpful friendly staff especially Rowena, Eva Marie, Jssenic and so many more.Also the comfy bed and the proximity to all Bremen had to offer was fantastic. Loved the variety with breakfast buffet. Without a doubt I will be back again. I missed out on the fluffy slippers and robe, but it was not catastrophic. A chipped cup was also not good. |

Personell friendly and service in hotel check-in very smooth, room available even before 2pm (when requested). Very well situated, near the old town/sights and shopping streets. Air conditioning worked well and was important as it was very warm weather in Bremen mid July. carpets in the rooms, are there any rooms without carpet for allergic people (that was requested when reserved)? |

Centrally located = convenient though noisy area. Not many hotels think about guests who read in bed. The Hilton is one of the few who do - they have extra good reading lights for beds. Breakfast at 23 euro per person is not rare in Germany, but still very expensive. A lot of places close to the hotel who offer a much cheaper breakfast (though most open late, and do not have a buffet). |

Very near market square (just around the corner). Very comfortable would stay again in a flash! Lovely cocktails and bar area. Enjoyed the sauna and clean pool..towels were provided, nice touch! Bottled water (still) and some soft drinks very expensive |
