Me parece un buen hotel en un muy buen lugar de Bremen

The service was excellent, the impression of genuinely wanting to be professional and attentive was present in all employees I encountered. The location is beautiful, the operation smooth and the option of stichting off the air-conditioning was appreaciated.

The showering facilities in the pool area were odd - whenever anyone walking in and out of the ladies dressing room there was a clear view of the pool - and thus from the pool to the showers, where in order to clean properly I shower without the swimsuit on, I resent feeling so "exposed". The pool was smaller than expected - it is probably difficult to change and it is acceptable but should be mentioned in the description, otherwise I expect the standard length, which for me is 25 M. The internet charge is too high and the print instruction was not available, so I paid for business without receiving any of the different benefits.

Four stars minus type hotel, small and old type design rooms, expensive internet. It is shame to request guest to pay for internet in 21 century a specially in Germany

Internet was just free of charge around the lobby for one hour at the time. Day pass in the room was expensive (22 Euros).

We find special offer and we got the best price for the quality of Hilton. The location is perfect. Comfortable hotel with a delicious brekfast. Cute interior of internal atrium.

The hotel is perfeclty located and has a good pool and sauna. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Great location. Excellent hilton burger from room service. We had this a few times because it was so good.

Interior decor was dated and in need of an upgrade. We were very disappointed with the Christmas Eve buffet. it had very limited selection and a number of dishes were not replaced once they had ran out. Possibly the worst Christmas meal I have had and the bill came to over €135 for 2!

The best service! We were so happy with the stuff! They were extremely helpful, smiley, and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel. The stuff is doing their very best to make you feel like a valuable guest. The location of the hotel is also the best. The pool and sauna were a nice extra.

Easy access to city centre and staff were very quick to rectify a problem with the wrong type of room allocation. Good security access to rooms (only use lift with room key card)

Bar prices & breakfast price (€23p/h) exhorbitant.

Currently there is quite a hefty charge for using the internet. I would like to see this either made free or the price greatly reduced.

One of your staff (girl, forgot name) was not freandly. When we came she told us to wait untill 15.00. We were waiting in lobby. But Teddy was very frendly. We came agait to reciprion at 14.15 he gave us rooms and was polite and instruct us fully. But room № 110 was with smoking smell.

Excellent location for exploring the beautiful city of Bremen and indulging in a little shopping

Finishes in rooms poor. No window or extractor fan in bathroom. Aircon not much use. Leisure facilities were very poorly set out, have to cross a wet area to get to the gym so it's trainers off to cross the area and then back on inside the gym.No treadmill either. While staff were polite and friendly, they were also content to watch guests struggle with luggage, heavy chairs etc. without offering assistance

Price of the breakfast is ridiculous you can feed 5 people at any of the great local places for one person costs at Hilton

Staff very efficient. We were upgraded to a suite foc. Room very good with flat screen tv's in both lounge and bedroom. Good choice of free toiletries in bathroom with complimentary robes and slippers. Air con in room . ice machines on each floor. Breakfast was good but at 23 euros very expensive. Around corner from hotel is the old square where we ate a very good evening meal at the hotel classico out of our 19 night tour of germany and austria I would rate the bremen hotel stay as the best above crown plaza, holiday inn and mercure hotels where we also stayed on our trip.

Car parking at 20 euros a night is steep,car park very tight to negotiate.

The Car Parking/unloading luggage in the underground Car Park is very hard due to steps with luggage.
