Excellent location, close to absolutely everything, from turistic attractions, to restaurants and shopping. There was an unfortunate smell of old and damp in the hallways, however not in the rooms. The staff was very polite, but rather strict in their interactions. |

Excellent hotel! The location is perfect - with the Frauenkirche & other sights literally on the doorstep. For a woman on her own it's ideal as there's a lot of people around & plenty of choice of restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The pool area is nice & the outdoor jacuzzi particularly good. Room was comfortable, modern & spacious. I could've spent a week there! Parking is good, but should be reserved - I hadn't and was lucky to get a space, but I didn't see too many others available & hadn't arrived particularly late. Also, although the swimming pool & jacuzzi were free to use, there was a charge for the sauna / steam room of €13, which I didn't think was necessary. |

Friendly staff, quiet room of reasonable size, well-appointed bathroom, excellent choice available for breakfast, central location. Returning from breakfast at 9am to find the room already being cleaned and thus feeling in the way! For a four-star hotel perhaps the wifi should be free of charge? It is in many three-star hotels, after all. How about a discount for guests on the use of the swimming pool, etc? My colleague declined the service as he felt it was too expensive. |

The location is walking distance to historic sites and to an excellent choice of restaurants Parking. Staff should provide instructions, possibly written, for exiting the parking garage. The exit is difficult to find and is not the same as for public parking. |

I got a super-budget price from this first-rate hotel on this website (under a special condition). The room is clean and comfortable and the hotel facilities and services are all good. The location is convenient for city sight-seeing: it is in front of the Frauenkirche. The cafeteria for breakfast is not big enough. I had to wait for a table. There were few free newspapers available in the morning. No free public internet access in the lobby. |

Quality of service generally: ability and willingness of most staff to speak English: position at centre of city Hiltons are expensive for anyone not on an expense account; they are dull but predictable as far as furnishings, food, etc are concerned, but in this case I was well suited for my purposes, apart from the price. |

The hotel is very modern and luxurious and our room offered stunning views. Staff on reception were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Advantages are high standard of accommodation, good sized bathroom, terrific views and a fully equipped gym, including reasonable sized swimming pool. In my opinion, disadvantages include lack of vegetarian choice in restaurants! The price of the internet in the hotel was rather high and the choices of tv channels were rather limited. As I told to you before, the delivery time of services to the rooms are quite long, I have to asked your staff three times for the slippers which was expected to be in our room initially. Sadly, restaurant staff slow to deliver tea/coffee and, overall, not so friendly. And in the end, I have some difficulties with the payment via Visa card, although it could be possible that my bank was the reason. Dargazany 13/09.09 |

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Dresden - the hotel is 5 minutes away from all the major sites of the Old Town; within easy walking distance of the New Town and close to many good restaurants. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and, as you would expect, the hotel has a wealth of facilities and services available (laundry service was not too expensive). The big selling point for me though is the location; which I don't think you can beat in Dresden! |

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, architects seemed to have considered how the space would be used, not just how it looked. Odd system in place in the business center whereby one buys time to use the internet in advance of logging on and cannot extend the time once working - most annoying. |
