The location is in the very heart of Dresden.

The rooms are quite old but still fare, expensive internet and breakfast. But breakfast was perfect.

Convenient location, helpful staff, clean and cozy room, no noise. So, all was very good.

small rooms, not correspond to the 5 star status of the hotel. At the hotel there is a disco club and all Saturday nignt we couldn't sleep because of the loud music.

would be nice to have internet rate included in the room price

The Hilton has an excellent location right in the centre of the old city.

This was the only hotel in five weeks of European travel where I did not have free access to wifi. Hotel staff were cold and impersonal, very much a big hotel business mentality- as a tourist who didn't arrive by taxi, I was virtually ignored.

Excellent location in downtown Dresden. A very nice and modern hotel.

Somewhat expensive, but not surprising given the location. Breakfast is far too expensive.

Central location and the rooms where well appointed.

The decor was tired. It needs a facelift. Also the large cafeteria-style restaurant in the main lobby area was extremely unattractive.

The service from the staff was exceptionally poor throughout the hotel but especially at breakfast.It is the worst service we have experienced in a hotel and it was a shock to us that this service is available in a Hilton hotel and more suprising as we had just had 2 nights prior to this in another Hilton hotel where the service had been exceptional.

Very nice welcome, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast selection was very rich, fresh and tasety. Location in the Old Town of Dresden is perfect for sightseeing in the area.

Parking charge of EUR 20.00 and no free Internet access.

Breakfast is perfect, room big and clean, kettle-set and iron in the room, hotel in the center of the city, restaurant Rossini very delicious.

An excellent breakfast and a very convenient location for those who wish to benefit from Desden's cultural treasures. The Zwinger,with its matchless Gemaeldegalerie Alte Meister, is just three minutes away on foot.

The staff were helpful on the whole. There was, however, one unfortunate error of misinformation. I asked for a pharmacy and was told by one member of the desk staff that there was none within walking dstance and then by another that there was one in the arcade opposite the hotel entrance. I wasted time and energy searching in vain for this pharmacy and finally discovered another. Since the latter was well within walking distance from the hotel both members of staff gave me wrong information. It is important that a hotel should get such matters right. As for the courtesy of the staff, it was acceptable; but it could certainly be improved by a greater display of warmth and sincerity.
