Brilliant location and lovely room with a great view of the Frauenkirche. Excellent breakfast and lovely to have fruit in the room.

Comfortable spacious room, good lighting, good bath/shower, good large bed. Lovely spa with many facilities. Excellent varied breakfast. Unusually friendly and helpful staff. Great position next to Frauenkirche.

Uncomfortable chairs. TV picture very dark. Very long walk to room from the only lift area. To spa even longer walk.

All city centre locations come with drawbacks, church bells etc, Would be nice if customer was advised of disadvantages of some rooms before handing over room cards.

Super hotel. It's very central and to see some of the finest sights of the city you never have to be more than 5 minutes walk away! The staff were always there to help and the facilities of the hotel were very good.

The walls were quite thin - you could hear exactly what was going on in the next room!

Everything. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the historical part of the city yet near modern shops and transport. The staff were so helpful

As with most of the Hilton hotels, I object to paying €15 for the Internet. It is free everywhere else.

The room was quite comfortable. The bathroom materials (shampoo,body lotion..) has high quality. staff was friendly.

The hotel was in a fantastic location for all the main tourist sites. Dresden is a beautiful city and I would visit again.

I liked everything, starting from the moment I've entered the hotel. The receptionists and other staff were extremely nice and helpful, room and bed comfortable, chocolate piece waiting for me, and so on. Breakfast is extremely rich, I liked their variety of very tasty cheese for example. Also, as the location of the hotel is in the very center of the Old town, the place is easily reachble with local transport -you take train line s2, and change to tram number 3, paying only 2 Euros for the total trip (ticket is valid for an hour to the train and tram). It takes some 10 minutes to walk to the hotel

I didn't like that some toiletries were not replaced, also as a small chocolate or pen. It gave a feeling that the hotel is trying to save on a small things what contrasted the luxury

I'd like to come back.

Best location for sightseeing! Very good facilities and amenities in the room including coffee maker, safety box, slippers, etc. Vast range of breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Using wifi in the room is expensive.

This one of the most ridiculus place I have ever been. 1. The staff treats you all the time like you are a thief, for example they locked my room when I went to the swimming pool because of my credit card was somehow declined. I gave them another but that didn't matter. I stopped feeling comfortable in this place. 2. At the swimming pool the whirpool in jacuzi last for about one minute - you have leave jacuzi every minute to launch it. 3. Front desk speaks English at the cow level, I was waiting for the invoice for about 15 minutes. 4. The staff at the bistro is really poor, they forgot about my starters just like that. When I asked to put some more light on the table (candles) they brought me more bread. 5. My room was totally cold (it was winter). I had to call front desk and they sent a guy with the tools to make the heating system work. It took like 10 hours to make the room warm. I totally do not recommend this place. Altough it is called Hilton it has nothing to do with this brand.

Our room was very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice and the location, next to the Fauenkirche, was wonderful!

We are Americans living in Germany for the past 2 years and typically stay at gasthauses or B&B's so staying at a international hotel chain was a very nice change for us. The Hilton lived up to all our expectations with location, comfort, services and amenities. We especially enjoyed dining at the Japanese restaurant...very good! The pool/suana area is also very nice. The breakfast buffet is well worth the money....huge assortment of both European and American cuisine.

Reasonable pricing and located very conveniently. Walking distance of main attractions and departure points of local bus tours.

convenience to everything

Location, location, location. The hotel is right in the middle of old Dresden, surrounded by Baroque churches, museums, the Opera House, and many cafés. Walk out the door and there you are! The rooms are comfortable and the staff are helpful — it is the HIlton, after all.
