The location is ideal as it is situated close to the City Centre. The Hotel itself is very clean comfortable with good facilities and a friendly atmosphere. The Hotel car parking facilities are poor and I don't see why you should have to pay 20 euros for overnight parking especially as it is not underground and Protected. You don't realise this when you are booking the Hotel on the Internet so this needs to be made

Great value for money when you get a good deal as we did i.e. 99 euro including breakfast. Room was large, bright and very comfortable, English speaking TV channels other than CNN, even BBC1! The breakfast was excellent and staff very polite and helpful. It might not seem a great location but this hotel is walking distance to the Altstadt and there is a tram stop within five minutes walk taking you there direct.

The smiling hotel staff and their services..The cleanliness of our room and in general, the cleanlinees in all hotel area. Not mainly in the hotel... We found generally very expensive the drinking water...it was priced the same with e bottle of a beer...but we heard that there is a monopole in water in Germany...so no complains.

It was close to the Messe. Room was cold on arrival, heating only through very noisy air-conditioning. And unfortunately we had room next to elevators therefore noise all the time, no relax at all.

Found the hotel excellent staff friendly . Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from enjoyed our stay will being back and taking some other friends with us. Close to local tram taxi from city fare price.

Found it quite nice and comfortable..great staff. Fantastic breakfast. Very easy to get on the train which is close by to go down to the main city area and there was great shopping. Overall, I found the hotel and city to be wonderful and will highly recommend the same.

Quiet room and location. Good gym. Helpful and pleasant staff. There are no shops, cafes, or restaurants anywhere near the hotel. Pretty limited restaurant menu. Tiny bathroom.

Quality of the room was excellent. I also received very friendly and professional service from the staff. Breakfast was outstanding. Free bike rental great! Gym was very small and limited. The only single rowing machine not working. Should have mention about it to staff. My own fault.
