Nice clean place. Rooms were big. Comfortable bed.

Our room key wouldn't work, and took several attempts to fix it. We were coming in off a long day of travel so it seemed like an eternity at the time. They eventually put us in a different room. The young lady helping us with it was actually very helpful and sweet.

It's convenient and near duesseldorf airport.

Been woken up very early by the noise from dustbin guys/garbage removal. And fact we were told we had view of the river, whilst what we got was back of hotel which is noisy.

All you will expect from a 5 star hotel. +Nice Rooms +Excellent Gym and Spa +Professional Managers I ran the Dusseldorf Marathon that weekend I stayed in the Hilton. The location was near (2 to 3km away) the start line or river which is excellent. It was perfect that the front desk allowed us to check out at 3pm since they knew I was running the marathon and will be back by 2pm. Cost of the room was also budget friendly since I was able to get a good deal with booking.com for a reduced rate at 75 Euros. Overall I was satisfied staying in the Hilton in Dusseldorf.

Parking is expensive since it is in a business district. Validation is needed by the front desk for a reduced rate of 23 Euros.

Location was little bit far from down town. Facility itself was good.

Poor staff management. Heating system of my room did not work,we request to repair to the reception staff, but they did not care it. Night time was very cold at that time, we felt uncomfortable.

Good price rate during the weekend, 15 minute walking to exhibition center, 10 minute tram to train station. Close to airport.

Spa and sauna area has very poor quality !

The quality of the room was not for an hotel of 5 stars. It was really small!!!

Location. Far away from city center

You know what you will get when you go to the Hilton. Rooms were great, breakfast fantastic. U-bahn tramway nearby and easy to go to the city center. At the tramstop we had a great dinner at Vapiano Italian restaurant. Parking facilities (pay extra) and friendly staff.

Size of the bathroom, but that is really not an issue.

Hotel itself was clean , comfortable and very pleasant staff. Breakfast was very good and at weekend breakfast served up to 11.00am which is great. Quiet location but within easy reach of the old town on the excellent transport system. Also a very pleasant walk along the Rhine takes about a half hour to reach the town.

There was nothing we didn't like. We would stay there again.

Good price for advance payment, near airport.

A bit far from city centre but the s-bahn is not far from the hotel.

Matrices were very hard and uncomfortable, and furnishing was missing a piece with drawers for shirts and others in the main double room Parking is very expensive given the fact that we are staying there for few days.

the location is not the best one.

Stayed here for one night. The staff were great and really helpful. We did not fly back until later on the Friday and the hotel kept our bags for us while we went shopping -they also have a computer and printer to print out your boarding passes. The room was a king room, very spacious, clean, good furniture, comfy bed and so on. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We booked a prepay deal so the price was extremley good! The breakfast was lovely and the coffee the best we had on out trip.

It is a bit outside of the centre. The Car parking is extrodianate at £22 a day The bathroom was in desperate need of a revamp - the grouting was black in places and the door water damaged to to point that it could have done with replacing.
