loby's space and design-room's furniture - the staff- hotel's location -in general in the hotel you feel relax like you are on an island in the middle of the business city of frankfurt. |

The staff were very friendly. One of the staff members even helped me find a camera store so I could buy a disposable camera. My room was very nice and quite clean. The breakfast buffet was also very good. |

The room really very comfortable, the resturant especially breakfast is one of the best ever seen meanwhile the price is unbelievable to 5 star hotel the garden behind the hotel |

Executive Floor was excellent. All Day Executive Bar. Unlimited Drink. Room was very nice. Good View and Very Comfortable Bed. Don't change your booking at hotel. Book directly on Booking.com. You'll get better price. I checked Executive Floor via booking.com during my stay is 660 euro including everything. I booked the normal room which is 440 euro. I changed at the hotel. It was 345x2=690 euro. A little more expensive. |

molto bello camera stupenda e colazione eccezionale buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerato che è un 5 stelle in italia costrebbe il triplo, c'è la palestra attrezzatissima, la piscina e un centro per idromassaggi bagno turco e sauna con annessa sara relax davvero bello... lo consiglio e anche la città di francoforte ci ha sorpresi non l'aspettavo cosi piena di vita.... la cosa che dovrebbero cercare di rimedire riguarda le cortesia nella camera essendo un stelle non c'era il dentrifricio, un pettinino di emergenza la limetta per le unghie si sono persi un po nei dettagli che un 5 stelle dovrebbe avere, io sono stato in amerca al meriott e li vi assicuro che c'era veramente tutto anche l'inimmaginabile.... |

Een correcte incheck, vriendelijk hotelpersoneel, een luxe hotelkamer voor een acceptabele prijs, prima center met fitness, sauna &whirlpool en binnenzwembad, een goed ontbijt en het hotel is centraal gelegen nabij de hoofdwinkelstraten, terrasjes en meerdere bezienswaardigheden (waaronder het beurscenter, de dure winkelstraat "Goethestrasse", winkelgalerie "Zeil", de Frankfurter Zoo etc.) Er zijn slechts twee eetfaciliteiten waarvan wij er één t.w. het hoofdrestaurant als 'goed' beoordelen. Gelukkig zijn er op loopafstand meerdere andere restaurants te vinden. |

Der Ausblick des Eckzimmers in der 6. Etage war traumhaft. Lobby und Atrium waren sehr eindrucksvoll. Das Zimmer hätte liebevoller eingerichtet sein können. Keine Deko vorhanden außer zwei Bildern an den Wänden wovon eins auch noch fast vom Fernseher (der eher etwas kleiner ausgefallen ist) verdeckt war. |

Die Zimmerausrüstung mit Wasserkocher etc. war sehr ansprechend. Vom Steigenberger sind wir gewohnt, dass eine Fl. Sprudel und eine kleine Schale Obst sich im Zimmer befindet. Ebenso fehlte uns der Gratis-Tee, Saft bzw. -Kaffee im Schwimmbad. Das Frühstücks-B. mit € 31 p.P. fanden wir etwas happig. |
