Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport    

The room and surroundings were very nice. And of course, the location was very convenient for me as a business traveler.

We were a group of four. On arrival one of us was involved in a serious fall. The staff of the hotel were magnificent and did everything to help us. I will be writing separately to thank them for assistance beyond the call of duty.

Outstanding rooms and great value. Proximity to Lufthansa baggage check-in and flights is a wonderful convenience.

It's new with a good location that is access to train station easily from airport.

Location is perfect. Friendly and accomodating staff. Free WiFi. Free document printing. Free self service laundry. 5 star service @ 3 star price. I will definitely stay in this hotel on my return to Frankfurt.

Breakfast unavailable before 6am. For early travel a problem, specially if paid for as no alternative offered to the customer

Location to train and airpOrt was excellent. Modern and spacious design of room and its location in the Squaire were exciting. Security measures for elevator usage were unique and added to overall sense of comfort and safety.

Convenient location for our purposes. That is, a rest before making the 15 hour flight home. Between the freeway, train station and runways, I expected some noise at least. There wasn't so much as a whisper.

It was a little cramped compared to other hotels we stayed at in Europe. That was just a minor inconvenience compared to all of the good to excellent points.

We were delighted with the sound proofing. The hotel was wonderfully quiet and very well located.

Handiest most convenient airport hotel I've ever seen. Easy to drop off rental car and walk to the terminal with luggage the next day.

It is difficult to find it driving. There is no indicative plates in the airport vicinities.

Excellent facilities with a fantastic gym and steam/sauna area. Very modern and classy. Great service.

Nothing

VERY, VERY slow check-in. The two people at the front desk spent ages having "friendly conversations" with the people they were dealilng with rather than simply being professional and moving them alolng. This resulted in a very long lineup and a lot of complaining from everyone in it.

Handy for travelling right above the long distance train station and shuttle to international gate is close. We travelled with bicycles and they stored them for us.

The location is right above the Frankfurt Airport Fernbahnhof (long distance train station) and not more than a 10 minute walk, all indoors, from my Air Canada check-in in terminal B. Incredibly convenient. But the property is also beautiful in this fascinating, modern complex. The room itself was GORGEOUS. Big, comfortable king-sized bed with, be still my heart, a real North-American sized duvet that covers ALL of you unlike those odd European ones! It is adjacent to the airport and an 8-lane section of Autobahn you can be mesmerized by if your window faces that direction--mine did, amazing to observe--but it is still almost jarringly quiet. I've never experienced sound-proofing like this in a hotel before. An absolute, absolute treat. Oh, superb fitness centre too share by the Garden Inn and the snazzier Hilton next door. Super clean and well outfitted. I would honestly be worth considering this hotel as one's destination in FFM even if one's meetings aren't at the airport- it's that nice.

All that soundproofing means windows aren't operable, not that I suspect most people could stand what open windows let in sound-wise but I like the option. Breakfast is laughably expensive, something like 21euro, but there are MANY cheaper option including a complete well-equipped grocery store downstairs and dozens of bakeries and coffee places. And a nice empty fridge in your room to store your breakfast goodies so I cannot imagine why one would bother with their breakfast unless, as I suspect, one is on an expense account, in which case, have at it and Guten Appetit :-)

Located basically inside the main terminal at Frankfurt airport, it is the perfect place where to spend the night, if one has an early flight

The hotel restaurant is good but, all considered, way too expensive.

Only a stone throw from the airport. I prefer your hotel than Sheraton hotel.

Speed of service by staff. Location for travelers. Clean and confortable. Free WiFi, in the room, the first hotel I encountered in Germany with such service which at this time and age should be standard for all hotels!
