Perfect location near Hauptbanhof and Dom. The room was large enough. The bad was exellent! I like your hotel! 1. I was suprised to received a key from room number 636 which I didn't find at the hotel :)) Than the floor-staff said that it doesn't exist :))). The room number was changed. 2.Dust on the tables during all stay. |

An excellent hotel located very near to the Cologne Dom cathedral. An excellent breakfast with a huge choice. Overall top quality and we would go back again. Excessive car parking charge of 26 Euros |

The room was comfortable and very clean. Particularly quiet fort a central location. The health and fitness facilities were excellent. I was surprised that the double bed was just a standard size one and in a fairly small room for the price that was paid. On one side of the bed it was a squeeze because of a wall. I could hear the people in the next room very clearly because of the thin connecting door. |

Location, right next to HBF, contemporary feel although its been the same for many years, time for some changes. Comfortable bed, superb breakfast Windows do not seal noises out totally. |

It was a typical Hilton - functional; clean; business like but very little soul. You get what you would expect from a Hilton The breakfast was overpriced even for Cologne |

The design of the rooms is luxurious, but modern and clean. Very nice atmosphere and the quality of the bed was unbeatable. I think wifi should be inclusive in hotels of this category. |

The efficient friendly impeccable service and the general ambience of the hotel. I was travelling alone on business and was made to feel very welcome. Breakfast is a particular enjoyable experience with a live chef to cook you whatever. I had a problem with my shower, it was repaired by the time I returned with a card left to notify same - you can't beat that! Well done Hilton Koln. |

Excellent value for money as booked via special offer. Wonderful large bedroom and bathroom. Ideally situated for the Dom (Cathedral) and Cologne's central railway station. Staff were fine and helpful. Nothing really - the view from my window was of a office building next door but not a major problem. Other than the Cathedral Cologne does not really have much to offer in the way of exciting places to visit but just down the road is Bonn which is also interesting and has the Beethoven House etc - so a good place to explore this part of Germany. |

Staff very friendly and willing to help. Sound isolation towards outside the hotel was very good. However, sound isolation towards corridor could be improved. Also, the water pressure for filling the bath tub quite low, i.e. it takes fairly long to fill it. However, these are certainly not big issues. |
