観光地に近いのが一番よい。朝食も最高。

朝9時過ぎのチェックインを快く受け入れてくれた。駅のすぐ近くで便利。朝食はメニューも豊富。また、事前- に申し込んでおけば、チェックイン時に空き室があれば安い追加料金で部屋をアップグレードできるサービスは- とてもよい。

室内に備えてあるコーヒーマシーンの使い方がよくわからない。マニュアル通りにやっても、普通のお湯が出る- だけ。 朝食のスイカがしなびた感じで、スイカの味がしなかった。 ロケーション自体はいいが、地図の場所と実際の場所が違って、探すのに苦労した。

Everything was ok. The breackfast was absolutely excellent. Staff was very nice. The location - no chance to find better.

Parking was 23 Euro, worth it just to not have the trouble, 17 Euro a day for crappy low- speed wi-fi, Honestly, only stayed at this hotel because there wasn't any others

Good location close to railway station,metro and tourist office. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

This may seem trivial but it would have been nice to have the tea making facility in the room topped up. I would have expected this from a 5* hotel.

The cost of extras: Breakfast at E24 / person / day, WiFi at E17 / day, Parking at E28 / day and "minibar" charges that magically get added to your bill, even though the minibar has not been opened...........complete extortion.

The location is good, very close to the Cologne Main Station and very easy to find. Staff there is nice and friendly, provide opinion and help for travel around! Room is clean and with the view to The Dom.

It is a nice hotel, almost in heart of city , only 2 min walk from main station of kolen. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. For short business trip it is a ideal place to stay.

The hotel lobby and corridors looks nice and clean. The hotel decoration gave the appearance of newness. The hotel exterior looks like an undistinguished building but it sits right across the street from the lovely St Maia Himmelfahrt Church. The Hilton is about a 200-300 meter walk from the Cologne Hauptbahnhof, the Main Central Railway Station, and also conveniently near the historical Cologne Dom (pronounced Dome) Cathedral. We selected the Hilton for its brand name and it was as good as we expected, i.e. there were no major negative surprises.

I consider this one thing a small nuisance. I caution that in my view there are more than a 100 things that go right in this hotel room. What I have noted is probably because I am quite picky at details. The hotel bathtub and shower has a little swinging glass partition attached to another stationary glass partition. The silicone flap under the swinging glass partition and the gap between the swinging and stationary partitions allowed shower water to leak to the bathroom floor area that is supposed to be kept dry. I fixed this problem on my own by putting a small wiping tower I carry around on all trips to wipe the wash basin counter clean. Many hotels have these problems with shower water escaping from the bathtub area when guests shower. This is not an unusual problem. Hopefully, this hotel can fix this small nuisance when scheduled renovations are undertaken.
