駅から近く、大聖堂にも徒歩圏内である。朝食もオムレツなどとてもおいしかった。

大聖堂からも近く便利。豪華とは言わないが必要十分なアメニティー。比較的新しく清潔な内装。クリスマス直- 前で大きな見本市がないシーズンだったせいか、同時期に泊まった他の都市の料金と比べても割安だった。

ヒルトンというイメージにしては、庶民的でした。

あらかじめレクエストしていたことが1つも実現していなかった。受付でその旨をいってもまったく聞く耳をも- たないという感じだった。非常に不愉快であった。今後、二度と泊まることはないだろう。

I have requested some points in advance, however, nothing has come true. I said about my requests at reception at check in but an receptionist was not listening to me at all. I felt strongly uncomfortable and I will never ever use this hotel in the future.

Great location for train travelers n for the cathedral.

No swimming pool comes as a surprise.

The only thing which I have appreciated at Hilton's is the location, right in the city center, two steps away from the Dome

A very ordinary hotel, far from being a 5 star! Nothing was included in my rate (€ 190 per night): the breakfast (€ 18), the parking (€ 26), the wifi connection, the minibar. There were even not the small amenities that you would expect in any hotel (tooth paste, shampoo, shoe polisher, a welcome chocolate..). A very unpersonal room, with an old TV, no carpets, a very small bath tub. The SPA is only a locker room with common shower, a small sauna and a gym.. In conclusion, this is an unexceptional hotel with an "exceptional" rate!

Friendly, helpful staff; very comfortable room and excellent restaurant for buffet breakfast. Went at Karneval time so the place had a real party atmosphere, but the rooms were nice and quiet.

Only complaint was that having gone to the Ice Bar for a few drinks we only lasted for one as the smoking environment really put us off.

I appreciated all staff at hotel provided excellent service, prefect location and I will stay the hotel again next time.

Strange that only german and english were spoken
