A very nice hotel located in a City in the Frankfurt area, which means far enough to have better price during fairs in the Frankfurter Messe, but not too far for you in terms of public transportation (about one hour by train). Walking distance (10 minutes) to the Mainz Haupbahnhof, which conects directly by train to the International Airport and the Frankfurter Messe. The breakfast is very nice but clearly overpriced.

Excellent location. Very kind and helpful staff at the reception. Our room was situated on the 1. floor, very cloth to the central ventilating system which generated a constant and very anoying noice that could be heard especially during the night. However, when we complaint the next morning, we were offered a room change. Paying parkinghouse underneath the hotel, no price-aventage for the guest of the hotel. An upgrade of the room was offered to us for 10eur, nevertheless on the spot it was told to us that the upgrade was only possible via Internet

The Hilton Mainz City was in a convenient location for me. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant menu was limited and was closed between 2 and 6 pm.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Das Zimmer war sauber und konfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns am besten gefallen, vor allem, dass man bis 13.00Uhr frühstücken kann!

Lage direkt zum Unterhaus, Bahnhof und Altstadt, Dom und Gutenberg Museum. Die angebotene Tagessuppe, Linsensuppe war dem Anspruch des Hotels nicht entsprechend, d.h. grottenschlecht. Alle anderen Tagesangebote und Getränke sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhatnis

Es ist sehr zentral mitten in der Innenstadt gelegen. Das Hotel wird als raucherfreundlich dargestellt. Die Zimmer, die man Rauchern jedoch anbietet, sind Standardzimmer, die sehr renovierungsbedürftig sind. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett gebucht, haben aber aufgrund dessen, dass wir ein Raucherzimmer wollten, dieses Standardzimmer zugewiesen bekommen. Der Service- Mitarbeiter am Empfang sagte selbst, dass die Raucher immer mehr diskriminiert werden. Wir hätten gerne den Aufpreis für ein Balkonzimmer gezahlt, leider hat man uns keines gegeben.

Sehr gutte Lage zum Stadtzentrum. Empfang recht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöne und konfortable Zimmer. Zu wenig Sitzplätze im Frühstücksraum wenn das Hotel gut belegt ist.

Freundliches Entgegenkommen seitens des Operation Directors, des Personals am Empfang und der Zimmerreinigung. Sehr gutes Frühstücks-Buffet und freundliche Bedienung, aber... s. unten Die Bedienung beim Frühstück ist zwar sehr freundlich, scheint aber manchmal etwas überfordert zu sein: In der Rushhour muss man sich gelegentlich selbst um Tischgerät und Kaffee bemühen.

Gute Lage, die Innenstadt ist in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist O.K. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil: Das Hotel ist für Ortsfremde nicht ganz einfach anzufahren.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und informative. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist empfehlenswert. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig/angenehm. Zu Fuss kann man sehr viele Sehenswürdikeiten erreichen. Das Auto ist in der Parkgarage für € 19.90 gut aufgehoben, es ist auch möglich jederzeit rein-und rauszufahren. Gesamteindruck sehr gut.
