The attidtude of the staff was profesional and friendly The room was ok. The total standard of the hotel was poor, old fashioned, over the hill. I understood that they planned the renovation. Total impression; not Hilton Like and not more than 3* on this moment. |

Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was undergoing renovations and hence some facilities were not available or were relocated. Believe hotel should have informed us of this so we could have reviewed our decision to stay there. Also hotel used by air crews who are very noisy and inconsiderate. |

We were accomodated in the oldest part of the hotel, the room was large but the whole surrounding area of this part of the hotel was unused and old, sofas were dusty, carpeting was mank, it was like being in the boon docks, wouldnt recommend this hotel to any of my friends or people travelling from Ireland, of which alot travel to Hann and Mainz. |

Apart from being a wonderful hotel, I would like to state that the staff were the most friendly, courteous, polite people I have met in a hotel in a long time. They couldn't do enough to help in any situation, directions, taxi's etc and they also wished us, as Irish soccer supporters the best of luck for the game !! |
