Clean, bright, appropriately decorated rooms, hallways, lobby.

Lighting behind the check-in counter is so bright it's hard to see the faces of the people behind the counter working with you.

They did not charge our credit cards in the first place and then later it was their mistake they locked our doors and mini bars.. which was a quite shock for our group. They promised to give us two beds - but they gave us a french bed..which caused too much problem!!!!

Enjoyed fine view from the river-view room as requested.

Perfect location on the river bank and near to the center.

Persons in reception try ask extra money for Wi Fi, mineral water inspite it was included in a price of room. It was a several discussion with showing booking order not to pay!

The service in the outside cafe was at times extremely slow, especially when there where a lot of outiside guests. At other times it was excellent when there whre only a few people., seems to be understaffed at times.

This is a large modern hotel by the side of the Rhine ~ not to be confused with another Hilton in the City centre. Facilities are very good as was the food. Used mainly as an in transit stop rather than a resort location. Great for observing river traffic ~ limited options for Rhine trips.

Underground car park very expensive.
