Easy access to public transportation and friendly, helpful staff. rooms are fairly modern and very clean. Direction from the S-bahn to the hotel are inaccurate. the hotel web site say to exit at rosenheimer platz and follow the signs to the hotel. however, there are no signs to the hotel and if you follow the signs to rosenheimer platz you are going in the wrong direction. |

2 direct metro stations from Marienplatz pleasу change separate mixer taps (one hot and another with cold water) in the shower, I got burnt while opening it. |

Very nice and big sized rooms. Breakfast was excellent. It is in a very quiet residential area, so there is not much to do around. You need to walk a lot to get to the city center. Would consider this more of a business hotel. |

Room was better than than expected, spacious and confortable, with a very confortable office and chair. I would stay there again when in Munich. Front desk was proffecional and helpfull when I requested a late departure. Overall a good Hotel choice, conveniantly located for business or pleasure, at a reasonable price. |

It was a lively place to stay- best thing is the transport links to the rest of Munich from the hotel. No swimming pool |
