Liked the rooms' spaciousness, cleanleness, towel supply, and overall appearance Yes! We, the whole family, did not appreciate certain guests resting their bare feet on the furniture and couches. It was very offensive and distastful. No manager went to the offenders and asked them to remove their bare feet from the furniture.We had to leave the lobby more than once due to this ugliness. It just is not right to do this . |

The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and well equipt. The situation of the hotel on the edge of the Englischer Gartens provided an excellent base for exploring Munich. We were unfortunate to be staying at the Hilton when there were a lot of young children there who were allowed to do as they liked in public areas, including playing football and riding bicycles, with absolutely no check on their behaviour from their parents. |

Beautiful hotel. Great facilities. Lovely location along river. Pure luxury. we got a great deal when we booked in advance. Drink very expensive in bar and shop in hotel extortionate prices so beware! I bought chewing gum for my daughter I would get at home for 99cents in the hotel 4.50 euros!! |

Situation next to English Garden and near public transport excellent.Close to center but still quiet, which is what we requested.Rooms very comfortable, pillows and duvets fantastic.Excellent concierge service and lara at reception deserves a crown for being an excellent listener and making guests feel heard and welcome! Minibar policy something new to us and somewhat of an irritation in principle.But our request was accommodated amicably! All extras, E.G. restaurant prices extremely high and unaffordable for us. |

As expected from a Hilton, the room was very good. Clean, spacious, modern and bright. The staff were helpful, with the exception of one slightly rude member of staff on the desk, but the rest of the staff more than made up for that. The transport links to the hotel were good from the city centre. I know i shouldn't be surprised by this, but the price charged for internet use and print outs is too high. The mini-bar prices also made me baulk. |

Good location near to the gardens but travel to to the city centre meant catching a tram. This was not a major problem however as the trams were frequent. Breakfast was really good and the staff were excellent in their service. Good facilities and our room, even though one of their basic rooms, was excellent. We would certainly return especially as the price we paid was nowhere near the 'rack rate.' |

The Hilton Munich Park is an excellent hotel. Not very attractive from the outside and perhaps not in the best location for tourists (nearest underground rail station is 15 minutes walk away but there is a bus service from just outside the hotel) but inside everything is clean, modern and stylish. Breakfast was superb but at 28EURO per person it is best to get an all-inclusive rate if possible as that offers much better value.Would definitely stay there again. |

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very close to the Chinese Gardens and a short trip to the city by public transport. Rooms were a little tired in some parts, but very clean. I would recommend a room which faces the gardens. |

it was what you would normally expect the five stars hotel to be and the hotel was just next to the english garden, so I quite enjoyed the morning walk. Also hotel is in a quiet posh area. |
