Es un Hilton. Un sello de calidad que queda demostrado en este Hotel, ya que a pesar de no estar en el centro, tiene suficientes ventajas como para recomendarlo para visitar Munich. Bien conectado por transporte público. Tranquilo en medio de un parque. La conserjeria podría ser mucho más amable y eficiente. |

servicio muy bueno, ascensor increiblemete rapido, comida buena y variada en desayuno, posibilidad de cenar en restaurante con precio razonable, habitaciones espaciosas, Comedor junto cristalera se ve el rio. piscina cubierta demasiado fria, sauna demasiado fria, solo 2 duchas en spa. Temperatura en estancias comunes del hotel frias. Lejos de la ciudad. 4 km. Tienda cerrada. no zona juegos ni consolas para niños. |

A lovely site next to the Englischer Garten. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The hotel reception staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. At times they seemed distracted with laughter and staff in-jokes.It also seemed stingy not to include breakfast in the price. |

We like the 12th floor and a room overlooking the English gardens--also able to have breakfast and cocktails in the floor lounge--and your staff--all are so friendly and helpful. We will stay with you again. Had trouble with the toliet in room 1234--always wanted to "bubble" in the pipes when we wanted to rest. Also walk-in showers should be added--especially for handicap people like my husband, |

staff were helpful. location was fantastic as we finish our daily breakfast and go walking in the english garden for not less than one hour. The breakfast was really fantastic with good atmosphere. Room size is large and comfartable with garden - river view. the care park is taking your to your room directly.. as total nice for families as english garden is near. |

The park beside the hotel It looked good from the reception, but all else was bad. First of all, we specified we wanted a non-smoking room, and the receptionist also confirmed this. They gave us a smoking room anyway without even so much as telling us. My girlfriend is allergic so it didn't go too well. Then there was the room. It was dirty. Food on the floor in the room, pieces of toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom. The sink in the bathtub was clogged. The shower curtain was really dirty. I rang housekeeping two times and still they did not fix things. I the end I had to pick up and throw the food that was lying on the floor my self. The hole room gave a impression of being worn, and old. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. |

The breakfast at this Hilton is the best hotel breakfast I have had during all of my travels around the world. Whatever you do, do not eat the pizza!! They need to change the cheese and cook it longer |

The park beside the hotel. Excellent service in the executive lounge. Light room. We had a discount price = value for the money. A male receptionist at 8 th april about 6 pm in the ground floor was very unfriendly and unpleasent. I' m a HHMember, but the hotel didn't credit my points because all my data has been deleted by the Hilton group. ! . Too high price of charge for the pets. |
