部屋がとても広い。

チェックイン後、ポーターさんがいるのに荷物を部屋まで運んでくれるサービスなし。部屋に入って寛ごうとし- たら、ドアベルが鳴りポーターさんが来て「テレビが修理中なので隣の部屋に移ってほしい」とのこと。赤ちゃ- ん連れなのに、荷物の移動を手伝ってくれず、鍵だけ渡して帰ってしまった。

A lovely site next to the Englischer Garten. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel reception staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. At times they seemed distracted with laughter and staff in-jokes.It also seemed stingy not to include breakfast in the price.

Everything is very fine but I feel Internet Fee is too expensive. It should be included in hotel fee.

The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden.

It looked good from the reception, but all else was bad. First of all, we specified we wanted a non-smoking room, and the receptionist also confirmed this. They gave us a smoking room anyway without even so much as telling us. My girlfriend is allergic so it didn't go too well. Then there was the room. It was dirty. Food on the floor in the room, pieces of toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom. The sink in the bathtub was clogged. The shower curtain was really dirty. I rang housekeeping two times and still they did not fix things. I the end I had to pick up and throw the food that was lying on the floor my self. The hole room gave a impression of being worn, and old. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The park beside the hotel. Excellent service in the executive lounge. Light room. We had a discount price = value for the money.

A male receptionist at 8 th april about 6 pm in the ground floor was very unfriendly and unpleasent. I' m a HHMember, but the hotel didn't credit my points because all my data has been deleted by the Hilton group. ! . Too high price of charge for the pets.

The price of the room was great value and it was large and comfortable.

A little too modern for my liking and usually I prefer to stay more in the centre of town when visiting München.

Good quality hotel at a reasonable cost

Insgesamt waren wir von einem Hilton-Hotel dieser Preisklasse enttäuscht. Es waren zwar nur Kleinigkeiten aber diese haben sich zur Unzufriedenheit summiert. Papierkorb nicht geleert; Schlafanzüge zerknüllt auf das Bett geworfen; Bad roch nach "alten Lappen", den Bademänteln mußte man hinterher laufen....! Im Wellnessbereich standen für 2 Saunen und einem Pool lediglich 6 Relaxliegen zur Verfügung um welche sich die Gäste fast schlugen.
