Awesome location and amazingly decorated humungous rooms - great bed and great pillows. No a/c in the rooms but that's Europe I guess.. Our room had an oscillating fan that definitely made a world of difference. |

Central location, on a very busy pedestrian street. Our room "Paris" was very quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice bathroom. Spacious bedroom and bath. Tv console was a little shaky. |

The friendliness/helpfulness of the hotel and the restaurant staff. The location couldn't have been better for shopping and ambience. The theme and the design of the hotel gave it added interest and design elements. The 6 adults in our group loved it! Not a dislike but something to mention: We drove into Heidelberg expecting to get lost but we really got lost! The directions were hard to follow because the hotel is located on a walking street in the historic part of town. Perhaps hotel could mention this when giving directions. |

we liked the decoration of the rooms, so different from other hotels, it felt cosy immediately. Good position in the city center. |

We were welcomed with a drink in the bar (this usually only comes with expensive lodges in Africa in our experience) and a very informative barman who told us about Heidelberg. The hotel was fantastic. We travelled with our children and when they saw our New York room, they were in heaven - Times Square wallpaper, a big red fridge, and so much attention to detail. We were shown other rooms and have to admit it is one of the most unusual hotels we have seen - a real treat and you could return over and over without repeating the same hotel room experience. A breakfast fit for a king with champagne for bucks fizz if you liked ! Heaven ! |

I stayed here on my wedding night with my new husband. The room was beautiful and the decoration was interesting. The staff was the most incredible part. I have never stayed in a hotel with this exceptional of a staff. They were amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly reccomend this to others. The location is perfect for both sightseeing and a night out on the town. |

The staff made us feel like family. nThe location is great if you want to be where the action is. The layout could be difficult for some older people as ther are stairs to most rooms, but if the party stipulated a need to be on the level of the elevator they could accommodate their needs. |

Very centrally located which makes this hotel ideally suited for the shopping streets, bars and restaurants and makes it preferable in my view to some of the other hotels on offer. Each room is unique and based around a world city, which could be cheesy but works quite well. The breakfast was quite pricey and probably suited a more continental taste |

The hotel was centrally located. Heidelberg is not big but this hotel is right in the middle of it all. The room ideas were cool. the attached restaurant is very good. the wait staff had great english. Park in parking garage #11 if you go. I am not sure if the website specifically says #11, but it is the closest. The Andorra room is very small. The breakfast is not much too talk about. Typical german breakfast and if you get there 1 hour before breakfast ending don't expect things to be replenished. We were never offered coffee or tea which is the first time in 1.5 years a german restaurant did not do that. I recommend skipping the 12.50/person breakfast. |

Our room was fabulous (Suite). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we had a great 4 day stay. The breakfast was limited and overpriced. However plenty of excellent places nearby to get excellent and reasonably priced breakfasts so this did not detract from our stay. Shame though when everything alse about the hotel is so wonderful. |

Lovely modern rooms , with medievil bar and beer gardens al within the historic Old town. Easy access to all local restauarnts , bars and tourist centres although the restaurant does good traditional german food. Breakfast buffet is good. inacessible by car ! had to walk from undergound public carpark through predestrianised streets . Restaurant does not feel like its part of the hotel and parts of hotel under major construction althoiugh there was little dsruption .Additional facilities are missing : i.e no hotel lounge or pool .Itsall a bit tight .we would still recommend but would like it if these points were made clear |

The staff was very friendly and accomodated two changes of rooms for us (we wanted to experience different "cities" during our stay) It was rather hot in the rooms, especially for sleeping at night. It might be nice to have a fan/ceiling fan in order to keep cool during hot Summer nights. |
