Very, authenic German hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and castles. They have a wonderful restaurant that features local game and produce. |

The hotel is charming. The dining and relaxing facilities were lovely. The room I booked was nicely decorated, and had good bath and toilet facilities. The bed was comfortable. |

The location was excellent. They need to put fans in the rooms. Every night the hotel bartender let his/her little dog out at closing time, which then proceeded to constantly bark for about 30 minutes. |

The inspired renovation of an older hotel was very pleasing to see. We had enjoyably and inexpensively stayed at this hotel 30 years ago, and took the opportunity to stay there again in 2009. The entire hotel had been beautifully upgraded and must be a real star in the area. The room we had was not only comfortably and relaxingly decorated, it was practically designed for easy use by a tired traveller. We were really happy to see how nice the hotel looked, and to add it to our pleasant memories of so many years ago. As an added bonus, the breakfast was bountiful and tasty, and the elevators were quick and reliable. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect. |

I thought it was centrally located so easy to find and had alot of charm and character. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that I would mention is that the room could have had room darkening shades or draperies. It was very light in there and some people don't sleep so well if it is not very dark. |

Location to the castles, as well as old town was perfect. The only thing better was the staff's friendliness and heelpfulness. The photos online do not do justice to this charming hotel. You must try the venison! |

The Staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. The room smelled really bad although clean. It was really "rustic" to the point it needs re-decorating and it was very very very noisey from the road outside. It's not a massive road but is a main road and very busy. It does not quieten down through the night if anything it gets worse. One of the poorest nights sleep we have ever had. |

Very local, 2 mins walk to main street. Free parking onsite. Good sized rooms. Great 'traditional' feel. Helpful and friendly staff Room wasn't ready till 3.00pm |

ヒーターの調節の仕方がわからなかった時、すぐに部屋まで来てくれた。リクエストしたがバスタブがなく、シ- ャワーだけだった。 こちらの語力不足もあると思うが、観光用の割引チケットのようなものをもらったが、ヒュッセンでの使えると- 説明されたが、後からノイシュヴァンシュタイン城でも使えることがわかった。 |
