Beautiful hotel with tons of antique furnishings. Staff was super helpful -- could not be nicer. Great breakfast included with the room.

The staff was great. The room was comfortable and simple. The restautant was very good. IT was easy to find and close to castles.

Every thing is perfect in this hotel I guess .. its my second time and it will be my first choise always

Great breakfast & free parking on site. The relaxing atmosphere was wonderful and the attention to details with the furnishings of the hotel was amazing. It was by far the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in as well. Loved it all and the staff couldn't have been nicer.

This is my second visit in this hotel and I will visit again there.

Food as for quality and amount. Parking ease , location, reception staff and particualrly dining room staff.

One of our three rooms had a very poor shower ( a dribble). Expected large rooms, but far from it. Third bed in two rooms was a niche in the wall (weird). Floolights outside till about midnight made it hard to sleep with such thin curtains (think illuminated cinema screen (for curtains) and you grasp the problem. Wanted the hotel to live up to the feedback, for us it was a bit of a let down. I even offered to pay more for better rooms after contacting them by email a week later (if there was any doubt) as I wanted my friends to be pleased. This did not happen, Ourr group we spendt 656.00 in 18 hours with the hotel! I would have gone overboard to please us not just about do enough? I will not return and they lost a good customer in the bargain. Why do busieness do this? With such a chance of repreat business up for grabs?. So many reports about 'huge room' where were ours, they were not busy and obviously lay unoccupied ????

Very nice cozy hotel. Excellent decoration inside, good local restorant with reasonable price. Very convinient locaton just next to Fussen AltStadt on the way to Shwangau.

The hotel is superb!!! Give 10 points out of 10 to the management! The hotel has its long and very inteseting history, the "theme" rooms are vey nicely decorated, the location is perfect - close to the center and castles. The breakfast is very tasty! I would recomend this hotel for all types of travellers - single persons arriving for business purposes, couples and families as well as group of friends. In the evening you may spend your time drinkind tasty beer on the ground floor bar.

Friendly staff, pleasantly large triple room. Well placed for exploring Füssen and the nearby Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles.

Room had a great view over the town, but the lack of shades on the window meant the room was too light at night.

Warm welcome from family run staff. The room was a nice surprise with a spacious feeling for the entire family. Breakfast was nice as well.

Traveling on a budget and got a great deal here! This hotel was a great place to stay, great views, great service, excellent restaurant and a good breakfast! Very glad I chose this hotel as the place to stay after proposing to my now fiance!

It is family hotel, the stuffs are very welcome, friendly and helpful. The hotel is well decorated and designed with its own style, which make the guest feel like being in a fairy tale. There is a bookshelf in the public area. The breakfast was very good. The location is perfect, you can easily go to the old historical centre and very convenient to go to Neuschwanstein.

The hotel is beautiful

Very good location, beautiful hotel, good smells, clean and cosy. Free Internet. The best to come and stay at a day time. But not to sleep and not for the night - see below.

We lived in thematic room, one of the most expensive. It is located NEABY THE LIFT!!! And there is no carpeting on the floor. You have to listen to all conversations of all travellers waiting for the lift. And even if they are not talking you hear the sound of the wheels. Also when this lift is used from other floors - the noise is very well heard. We came on Friday for one night - so could sleep properly only 3-4 hours.
