Breakfast was good, and I like that we had a table automatically reserved in our name. Beds were comfortable Dinner prices too high, and didn't like the half open shower.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and were able to communicate in English with us. They went above and beyond in regard to service and willingness to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and free internet was provided. The location was perfect since we didn't have a car and we were within walking distance of a castle, a grocery store, several cafes, a bank, shops and good restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel with a friendly helpful staff, I wish we had been able to stay longer and try out the spa services. The house speciality at dinner was really good and the breakfast included a juice machine! I love fresh veggie juice and this is a rare find in most hotels. The other plus was free wifi!

Décor bavarois très réussi et charmant. Chambre hyper-équipée. Hôtel très calme. Très bon petit déjeuner. Deux restaurants. Nous avons mangé à la brasserie. Bon repas bavarois, surtout le dessert ! Parking devant l'hôtel. Hôtel mal agencé, labyrinthique avec beaucoup de marches malgré l'ascenseur (il y a un demi-étage). Les consignes données à l'accueil n'étaient pas très claires. Un peu cher.

Der Sauna-Bereich ist klein, aber sehr schön. Das Hallenbad ist nicht durch einen Gang mit dem Hotel verbunden. Es befindet sich im gegenüberliegenden Garten Hotel. Die beiden Hotels sind durch die Hauptstrasse getrennt.

Jo elhelyezkedes, szep epulet, kellemes igenyes spa, boseges reggeli, kedves szemelyzet, kozeli parkolas. A szobak merete megfelelo, de a berendezes nem praktikus. A haloszobaban talalhato egy nagy meretu iroasztal, amelyre nincs szukseg.A Nappaliban , furdoben melloznem az uvegasztalt, uveg polcokat mert baleset veszelyes, kulonosen gyerekeknek.

Mooi hotel, wel lastig dat extra faciliteiten zoals het zwembad bij ons in de andere locatie waren.Parsberg heeft in hte kasteel een heel uitgebreid museum over de Duitse geschiedenis en vooral over de tweede wereldoorlog.De receptie was zeer hulpvaardig.Voor ons een prima hotel voor 2 nachten, maar niet voor een hele week.(gezin)
