Der Service und die Beratung bei der Auswahl möglicher Wander- oder Radtouren ist sehr gut. Das Angebot sich hochwertige Mountainbikes oder E-Räder zu mieten ist großartig, die Mietpreise sind angemessen. Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Zimmer ist bemerkenswert. Die Lage des Hotels ist recht zentral in der Nähe des Lagunenbades, dabei aber ruhig.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgewogen und reichlich. In em Prospekt wird unter anderem mit dern Nutzung der Sauna geworben. Leider ist sie sehr klein und in einem dunklen Keller. Es hat keine Atmosphäre und wirkt trostlos. Man kann das Angebot nutzen, um nach einem sportlichen Tag sich kurz durchzuwärmen, oder die Muskulatur zu lockern. Als Wellnessangebot ist es eher ungeeignet.

Die Lage - sehr ruhig und doch nah am Ortskern gelegen sowie direkt neben einem Freizeit-Wellness Bad. Generell ist das Hotel sehr ruhig, sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, serviert ein sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Leider war die hauseigene Sauna defekt. Visazahlung war nicht möglich.

Ich war nur eine Nacht da, aber es hat mir gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und die Zimmer waren sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Auschecken sollte man gleich bei der Anreise vornehmen, da es am Morgen recht lange dauert.

Alles war super. Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber. Das Badezimmer neu. Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls großzügig. Es wurde sofort nachgelegt, wenn etwas leer war. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!! Für Gruppen wie für Familien. Und natürlich Wiederkommen.

Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges ansprechendes Komfortzimmer. Wichtig war auch die problemlose Aufnahme unseres Hundes, wobei wir es als normal empfanden, dass wir das Tier nicht mit in den Frühstücksraum nehmen konnten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war trotz der totalen "Nicht-Saison" sehr umfangreich. Es ist zwar nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber mir fehlte im Bad Seife und Duschgel. Sonst meistens dabei, hatte ich es diesmal vergessen.

Sehr große und saubere Zimmer, ein sehr gepflegter Frühstücksraum. Auswahl an Eiergerichten beim Frühstück fehlte für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, Rezeption war nicht immer besetzt. Zimmer war ziemlich kühl (bei -17 Grad draussen reichte die Heizung leider nicht für die Größe des Zimmers!)
