The weather was woeful - non stop rain so the fact that the hotel had a sauna, gym and solarium was a life saver. The location was superb with easy access to the restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is fabulously located right across from the main town center and withing walking distance of all the major sights in Bautzen. The view from our room, of one of the historic towers, was probably the standout view from our trip. Free 15 minute internet and reasonably priced for over that time was much appreciated. This hotel is good value for money.

La couette une personne sur un grand lit 2 personnes... On se croirait dans un hotel de seconde zone allemand....Il fait froid !Pas de couverture additionnelle.... Resultat on se les caille et on dort mal ... ou pas !

Een zeer leuke ontvangst voor onze hond, kreeg eigen waterbak en kluifje Ik verwacht tegenwoordig vrij internet in een hotel en geen €3,00 per uur. Zelfs Mac Donalds geeft i uur per dag gratis internet.

Das Hotel verfügt über keine Klimaanlage. Bereits bei Außentemperaturen von über 20°C verwandelt sich das Hotelzimmer in eine Sauna.

Wünschenswert für die Einrichtung der Zimmer wäre eine Klimaanlage. Es ist zu heiß, auch nachts. Lärmbelästigung bei offenem Fenster ist auch sehr hoch, so dass der Nachtschlaf gestört ist.

besonders gefallen hat uns das sehr freundlcihe und hilfsbereite personal. ob reception, bar, oder zimmermädchen sehr gut. haben uns wohlgefühlt. und kommen gerne wieder negativ ist auf jedenfall die fehlende klimanlage in den zimmern. gerade jtzt bei diesen temperaturen und hinsichtlich der lage direkt an der hauptstrasse. die dusche im bad müsste auf jeden fall dringend überholt werden. die stockflecken an den seiten bzw. fliesen rändern müssen einfach nicht sein bei einem hotel ihren anspruches.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel. Bereits im Eingangsbereich hat man ein "Willkommensgefühl". Die zentrale Lage ist für eine Wochenendreise ideal. Das Frühstück, welches reichlich und lecker war, kann man in einem Raum mit herrlichem Blick auf den Beginn der Altstadt geniessen. Die Zimmer haben eine wohnliche Atmosphäre, durch eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Im ganzen Haus ist keine Hektik zu spüren, so kann eine Kurzreise für Erholung sorgen!Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiter empfehlen!!

Twin gevraagd, een dubbel bed gekregen en werd vlot en probleemloos terug aangepast naar een twin. Zeer centraal/ideaal gelegen. Correct ontbijt (echter zonder vis). Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Sommige hotelgasten denken dat ze kamerdeuren enkel kunnen dichtSLAAN. Hotel is eerder een betere 3 sterren dan een 4 sterren. Als de parking volzet is (meestal door bedrijfs- en congres-mensen) kost de nabijgelegen parking 24 euro per dag (1 euro per uur)! Enkel bbc als buitenlands TV-kanaal (terwijl Polen en Tsechië) op slechts 50 km afstand liggen. Lichtdoorlatende gordijnen, dus vroeg wakker.

Przyjemny hotel sieciowy w samym centrum Bautzen. Wszędzie blisko, znakomity widok z okna, czysto i przyjemnie. Darmowy parking. My na pewno tam wrócimy:)
