The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little out of the city centre. I would not recommend it for more mature visitors. |

Professional customer service with good english skills. Also very open and informative about transport options and purchase of tickets for public tickets. Daily cleaning could have been more complete. Bathroom and floor was lacking daily cleaning. Fitnessroom was lacking size and equipment for running (løbebånd). Description of the location of the hotel seems to a bit longer away than thought. - Approx. 2 km from Kanstanien Allé, which is an excellent street for breakfast/brunch. Meanwhile with public transport it is easy to get around the city. |

Excelent breakfast. Location close to Alexanderplatz Very expensive for its quality. All Facilities must be paid additional (parking 12,5E/day, internet 12,5E/day, breakfast 8E/day). Strange neighbourhood, far from city center. |

The hotel workers were very friendly. the rooms were very clean. altough it was declared in the website that there was bistro and room service. One night, there are no food in the hotel which should be impossible for a four star hotel. |

The staff was wonderfull, and we where on our honeymoon and got champaign to our room - it was very considerate and lovely. The hotel was clean and we got one large bad (and not two seperate beds attached to one another). |

I thought the hotel was great value for money with good transport link to Alexanderplatz. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was huge which was great as we had 1 year old baby with us. It was a shame that the car park under the hotel had a height restriction of just 1.6m, so 4x4 s forget using the hotel car park. |

Hotel occupies both sides of a street corner and we had a room in the angle which was then quite big with lots of daylight due to a large additional window. Phonic isolation is good. However standing of the hotel is quite poor as there is no bath in the bathrooms (only showers) / TV has only 4 pay channels (no free channels & unclear infotrmation on that fact) / no safe in the room / no room lights apart the bedsides ones in the room (there is light in the entrance corridor of the room but then you must walk to the bed in the dark to turn on light in the room). Endly if you target Prenzlauerberg, we would advice you to choose an hotel within the ring (and not beyond as this one). |

It was close to the city, the room's were clean enough. The rooms were too small,and considering its facilities I would not consider it a 4 star hotel.Although we were 2 person in the room we were not given a second key to the room. |

The convenient location next to a tram stop which leads to Alexanderplatz & S-Bahn. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast. They forgot every day to put coffee & tea bags for the tea & coffee facilities, so we had to ask it every day from the reception. |
