It was close to the city, the room's were clean enough. The rooms were too small,and considering its facilities I would not consider it a 4 star hotel.Although we were 2 person in the room we were not given a second key to the room. |

The convenient location next to a tram stop which leads to Alexanderplatz & S-Bahn. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast. They forgot every day to put coffee & tea bags for the tea & coffee facilities, so we had to ask it every day from the reception. |

Well connected with the Citi Center. The Hotel name is City Center but the hotel is not in the city centre. Then, too much noise coming from the street |

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Good facilities nearby. Good access to Alexanderplatz. Bath towels were on the small side. |

easy access to public transport into town. Friendliness of staff, they printed out the train timetable without us even having to ask. the towels were not changed even though left on the floor and it wasn't cleaned fully during our stay (drink glasses still in room when we returned). |
