Holiday Inn Berlin City Center East  

The design and Cleaniness of Rooms were great. The breakfast was set in a very high quality. The Location is good and is located in one of the main streets in Berlin. It is not in the centre of the city, but still you can reach anywhere in Berlin with the local Transportation (s- Bahn & Buses). I highly recommend this Hotel for all age groups.

Very clean and staff nice with very quiet rooms

Only downside to this hotel is no safe in the room.

Good location, but not walking distance from Aleksanderplatz. Good breakfast. Free parking on the side. Breakfast on Sundays until 12.

Just 1 hour of free wi-fi per day. 5€ for 30 min of Internet is too much.

Rooms were great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good, not super close to city center, but very close to public transportation.

No alarm clock in room. At Holiday Inns breakfast is usually free with stay, this one did not have breakfast included, wish it did. You can get the rate with breakfast included but it is the same price if paid separately which is what we did.

Nice and clean hotel, really well served by the public transport network. Staff really kind and caring. Smokers room was a nice welcome bonus for a smoker like me (only on the third floor). Balcony with a nice view of the outskirts of Berlin. Area around the hotel has a lot of small shops for every kind of need (food, supermarket..). 10 mins by tram to Alexanderplatz.

Could not find slippers in the bedroom (even if they were supposed to be there). Towels are clean but small. I must add that I just used the hotel for a quick shower and nap (Sat afternoon in - Sunday morning out).

Nice room with comfortable bathroom, Good Staff and nice breakfast.

Although we turned the heating down it stayed rather warm in the room. The big towels in yhe bathroom were gone after the first night.

It was nice with a double bed instead of two madresses thats goes apart while sleeping.

this was certainly not a four star hotel as claimed. no lobby and rooms not very comfortable or nice.

- Location is ok, metro station is around 300 meters away. - Breakfast is fine, variation is not exagerated but sufficient and fine. - Very clean hotel. - in a radius of around 500 meters (especially towards the city centre), quite a few restaurants are available (sorry, forgot the street name). - Rossmann (a neat supermarket) is on the GF of the hotel. - Sushi & a few Kebab shops are very close to hotel - Rooms are quiet

- No "safe" in rooms, only small ones are available in lobby - Lack of staff...especially evening and... ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE TO SERVE EVERYTHING AT NIGHT. - Do not depend on room service at night due to the above mentioned point. - DOnt expect anything more than a clean room and an "OK" breakfast. - GYM is tiny - I would describe it as a "clean 3 star hotel, located to the east of the city centre". I dont think that it is a 4 star hotel.

Location, quiet room

The hotel was quiet and reasonably convienient, rooms were of decent size and the beds were comfortable.Breakfast was good too. The tram stop outside the door was a bonus and there was a regular service.

Good breakfast at an economical price.

Parking restriction, dependant on car height.
