The ladies at the reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, including our room. Parking is very easy around the hotel and there is no need of using hotels' parking. Nice style and many amenities in the room! Internet wasn't free and costed 9€ per day. You could though, use, their business room with desk pc for free. Breakfast is a little over price (costs 17€ per person).

The room. It was spacious with lots of storage. The bed was confortable. The Hotel provide many amenities. Location. Probably this hotel is better for those people with cars since it is located a bit out of the city centre.

Good size rooms Very nice pool (although tricky to get into) Buffet breakfast very good, but a bit expensive, (when paying for 5 people) but no option as nothing located near to hotel Great shower Staff good, but not great Requested rooms side by side as travelling with children and their grandmother. Our rooms were on the same floor but 4 rooms and a fire door away; not happy!! Bikes outside had "free rent", but you had to pay!! Location out of main town , and we got "ripped off" by our first taxi driver; once established, the travel via close tram was easier than expected

Excellent hotel with impressive breakfast buffet. On Sundays breakfast is extended until 15:00 :) The spa area with sauna and swimming pool is nice.

het was rustig om te slapen en we vonden het bes uitstekend. Er waren werken, hebben een zeer slecht diner gehad, in het hotel ernaast, het eten was veel te weinig en trok op niets. Bij aankomst hebben we 15 ' gewacht voor er eindelijk iemand kwam opdagen. Echt tevreden waren we niet, spijtig maar voor ons hoeft het niet meer. beste groetjes

Frühstück - große Auswahl! Sauberkeit. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. viele kleine Gesten ... Bonbons, Glühwein, iPad2 Hotelmitarbeiter waren teils gut und sehr aufmerksam. Teils mehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Zimmer sind relativ klein. Keine Badewanne. 340 Euro 2 Tage bei der Lage zu viel! Innenstadt ist in 15...20 min mt der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und gut. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht sehr zentral, mit der Straßenbahn ist die Altstadt aber gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist jung und überaus freundlich.

Bei 145 € erwarten wir um 13 Uhr unser Zimmer beziehen zu dürfen, dies wurde verneint und man ließ uns kommentarlos bis 14 Uhr warten! Für diesen Preis dann noch 17€ sep. Für Frühstück ist echt schlecht!

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Ausstattung der Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber und auf Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert. Mein vergessenes Handy Ladekabel konnte ich mir an der Rezeption ausleihen.

Sehr schöner Wellness-und Fitness Bereich hatten ein Business Zimmer gebucht,dann aber ein Club Zimmer erhalten(ohne Aufpreis),da die Business Zimmer ausgebucht waren natürlich konnten wir auch kostenlos alle Annehmlichkeiten des Club Bereiches nutzen

freundliches Personal, guter Service, modern und sauber. Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitnessraum inklusive Zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt ein wenig zu weit, daher zwangsweise Benutzung des PKW, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen.
